| As the environmental protection requirements and the automobile gasoline quality standards are becoming stricter,the refining and chemical company are required to produce clean,high-efficiency and low-pollution gasoline.The light cracked naphtha etherification process can reduce the olefin in gasoline and increase the octane number,which is an effective way to improve oil quality.In this study,a light cracked naphtha etherification unit with an annual production of 240,000 tons in a petroleum refinery is researched.After steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation,a light cracked naphtha etherification unit dynamic simulator is developed to guide the practical process operation and optimization.In this study,a detailed research on the light cracked naphtha etherification process is carried out.At first,an in-depth investigation of the entire process is conducted.In this part,the specifications of raw materials and product are analyzed,the reaction network used in the model is determined by analyzing the etherification reaction mechanism.Then the conversion rate of etherification reaction and the components in the process are defined through consulting the literature and the process design description.The Peng-Robinson equation is selected as property method,and a steady-state model of the entire process is established using UniSim Design.Compared the steady-state simulation result with the designed parameter,the average relative error is 1.44%,so the simulation result is accurate and reasonable.It lay a reliable basis for the following dynamic process simulation work.The key of this study is to establish the dynamic model and simulate the light cracked naphtha etherification process.Firstly,the basic physical and thermodynamic properties of the components are queried or estimated,and the models of unit operations are established such as etherification reactor and etherification distillation column.Then,the process topology model and the process control model are established based on the unit operations model.Finally,the DSO platform is used to solve the dynamic model.Compared with the design parameter,the average relative error is less than 2.30%when the dynamic simulation runs to a stable state,which can meet the requirements of researching the process and the dynamic control performance.Depended on the established dynamic model,the dynamic characteristics under several operating conditions of light cracked naphtha etherification process are further studied.The results show that the actual process and control system design have good self-regulation ability.Finally,according to the dynamic model,the imitating DCS operating interface is drawn and configured,a simulator of light cracked naphtha etherification process is released,which has high practical value in teaching,training,process research and so on. |
