Benzene is an important petrochemical basic raw material,but the domestic production of benzene products can not meet the domestic demand,you need to rely on a large number of imports.This paper studies a production unit with an annual output of 80,000 tons/year of benzene.We verify the rationality of the process through steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation.In this paper,through the study of the process,the whole process is divided into two parts:reaction and pre-separation and refining.We choose PR equation as a thermodynamic method,and carry out a degree of freedom analysis,and because the entire process contains multiple sets of cycles,so the process of cutting methods are studied.Based on these,Unisim Design software is used for steady-state simulation.The main equipment simulation results,the content of benzene in the stabilizer column,the position of the sensitive plate and the selection of control variables are analyzed in detail.Based on the physical parameter model and the basic principle,the dynamic models of pumps,heat exchangers,furnaces,flash tanks,reactors,rectification columns and PID controllers are established.At the same time,the topological structure of the equipment and the topological structure of the pipe network are analyzed,and then establish the structural model.Finally,the solution strategy of the whole process is given,including the whole process solution strategy,and the solution strategy of the unit model and the pipe network structure.Here,the preparation for dynamic simulation is completed.Through the dynamic simulation,the result parameters of the main equipment are verified.Compared with the design value and the steady state value,the relative error of the result is within 1%,which shows the correctness of the dynamic model.To study the self-adjusting ability of the platform through the given interference.The result shows that the platform has a good self-adjusting ability.Based on the dynamic simulation,a simulation machine is developed,which can be applied to practice the start or stop of the instrument,exercise the ability to deal with accidents,and study the influence of parameter changes on the system.Therefore,the simulator can not only make people familiar with the process operation as soon as possible,but also can greatly help to optimize the process.
