A Study On The Coordinated Development Of County Economy And Ecological Civilization In Jiangxi Province

The construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has promoted the construction of ecological civilization to a new height and has been listed as an important task of building a strong socialist modernization country.The report clearly proposes to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization construction system and build a beautiful China.At the same time,Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee,based on the national experimental area of ecological civilization construction,has put forward a 24-character development policy of "innovation leading,reform tackling key problems,opening up and promotion,green rising,taking on practical work,and enriching the people of Jiangxi",and has made great efforts to promote the construction of ecological civilization.County ecological civilization construction is an important part and the most critical link of the national ecological civilization construction.Its success will directly affect the overall effect of the national ecological civilization construction.Only by making every effort to promote the construction of County Ecological civilization,can we help promote the construction of national ecological civilization.Taking Zixi County as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the achievements of Zixi County in promoting the construction of county ecological civilization,and summarizes the good experiences and practices in the construction of ecological civilization.At the same time,it points out objectively that Zixi County has problems such as insufficient capital investment and small economic aggregate in its development.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for deepening the reform of the ecological civilization construction system,vigorously developing the circular economy,and raising funds through multiple channels to promote the coordinated development of the county economy and ecological civilization construction.By analyzing the construction of county ecological civilization in Zixi County,the paper demonstrates the relationship between county economic development and ecological civilization construction,and summarizes the experiences and practices of county ecological civilization construction on the basis of systematic combing of county economic development and ecological civilization construction.At the same time,through the study of the relationship between county economy and County Ecological Civilization construction,it is concluded that county economic development provides economic support for County Ecological Civilization construction.On the contrary,County Ecological Civilization Construction will boost County Economic development.If the relationship between the two is properly handled,the county people can at the same time.It has invaluable asset and Green Water Castle Peak.
