Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)has been widely used in human history.It is one of the top polymer materials in the world because of its low production difficulty,low cost and good comprehensive performance.For the high performance preparation technology of PVC,researchers have obtained very effective results.the methods of high performance of PVC mainly include blending,copolymerization,multi-layer materials,self-reinforcing etc.The high performance of PVC based on microlayer extrusion technology belongs to the self-reinforcing technology of production process.It does not need to change the formulation of PVC.By using the high performance device with lamination device as the core component,the multi-faceted performance of PVC can be realized.As a result,it has a wide application prospect.From the current development of high-performance divice,the performance improvement of PVC has achieved very effective results.However,few literatures have studied the high-performance and high-efficiency production of the device.Therefore,based on the principle of microlayer extrusion technology,the design and performance study of the high-performance and high-efficiency preparation device of polyvinyl chloride were studied in this paper.(1)The parallel high-efficiency lamination device that contain four single lamination devices were designed by using parallel method.The number of lamination units was continuously increased on the basis of the one-to-four micro-nano lamination device in the pilot line,and the flow channel structure of a one-to-six lamination device was redesigned.(2)Using the method of circular arrangement of lamination units,a high efficiency annular lamination device was designed.The structure of lamination units was redesigned to adapt to circular arrangement,and the corresponding circular arrangement was designed.Compared with parallel high-efficiency lamination device,it was found that the annular high-efficiency lamination device has the advantages of smaller mold volume and mass under the same feeding area,smaller difference of internal runner,lower requirement for other parts in the device and higher upper limit of the layer number.(3)Polyflow was used to simulate the flow channels of the high efficiency lamination device,and the basic flow situation of the high efficiency lamination device was explored.The influence of wall slip was introduced to simulate the unequal velocity distribution in the runner,and the visualization of the velocity distribution was realized by tracing the particle trajectories in the runner.The effects of different runners on the yield were compared,and the results showed that under the same pressure,the flow velocity of the annular high efficiency lamination device is 3.37 times that of the parallel high efficiency lamination device.At the same time,the flow difference of different lamination units in the device was studied,and results showed that the flow difference of the annular high efficiency lamination device is smaller.(4)High performance and high efficiency preparation device for PVC of industrial grade was made by using the high efficiency annular lamination device as the core component,and a high performance and high efficiency preparation divice for PVC of laboratory level was designed and made according to the same principle.A sectional low-temperature production line was built to study the production line and the performance of the high-performance and high efficiency preparation device for PVC.The results showed that the sectional low-temperature production line can make the continuous production temperature drop to about 150?,the high performance and high efficiency preparation device for PVC can improve the mechanical properties,the properties of inhibition of migration of plasticizers,thermal stability and the crystallization behavior of PVC samples.At the same time,the performance of samples at high rotating speed is better than that at low rotating speed.
