Functional polymer materials have been widely used in daily life and industrial production with the rapid development of modern society.This also puts higher requirements on the quality and functionality of functional polymer materials,and promotes the function of functional polymer materials.The preparation technology is more perfect and the application is more extensive.Functional polymer materials are used in various fields such as science and technology,national defense,and military.Therefore,countries around the world are also increasing investment in research and development of functional polymer materials.In order to enhance international competitiveness and comprehensive strength,China puts strong supports for research on functional polymer materials.In this paper,a series of functional composite products were prepared under the guidance of micro-nano lamination extrusion technology.At the same time,the influence of micro-nano lamination extrusion technology on the performance of functional composites was analyzed,and the interface of micro-layer extrusion functional composites was stable.Sexually conducted systematic and in-depth research.The primary coverage and research production are as belows:(1)Blended laminated samples of PE and crosslinked PE with different formulations were prepared by using the micro-layer extrusion experimental production line.With the increase of the cross-linked PE mass fraction,the tensile strength of the sample gradually increased,pure cross-linking.The tensile strength of the polyethylene sample is the largest,and the elongation at break of the sample is gradually increased.When the mass fraction of crosslinked polyethylene reaches 100%,the elongation at break of the sample is the largest,and the volume resistivity of the test piece tends to decrease.When the content of crosslinked polyethylene is 50%or more,the volume resistivity of the test piece meets the requirements of the standard.The relative dielectric constant of the material does not substantially change as the content of the crosslinked polyethylene changes.As the content of cross-linked polyethylene increases,the dielectric loss factor of the test piece tends to decrease.When the content of the dielectric loss factor is above 50%,the dielectric loss factor of the material meets the requirements of the standard.(2)The blended laminated film samples of PET and PA with different formulations were prepared by using the micro-layer extrusion experimental production line.When the PA6 content reached 20%,the elongation at break of the sample reached the maximum.With the increase of PA content,the tear strength of the sample gradually increased.When the PA6 content reached 20%,the tear strength of the sample reached the maximum.Under the same conditions,the tensile strength of TD is larger than that of MD,and the elongation at break is also larger than that of MD,while the tensile strength of TD is smaller than that of MD.PA6 can improve the barrier properties of PET and improve the barrier properties of PET,but excessive PA6 will reduce the barrier properties of PET film.(3)PET/PA6 blended composites with different nylon 6 contents were prepared by using the micro-layer extrusion experimental production line,and the peeling force of the samples was tested and compared.With the increase of temperature,the peeling force is also showing an increasing trend,and the peeling force of pure PET film is the smallest.As the pressure increases,the peeling force also gradually increases,and finally tends to be stable.With the passage of time,the peeling force is gradually increasing,and finally it tends to be stable.With the increase of the content of nylon 6,the peeling force is improved,and when the content of nylon 6 reaches 20%,the peeling force is the largest.(4)The PET film was prepared by the established micro-layer extrusion test production line,and the sample was subjected to the universal test machine peeling test,and observed under the optical microscope.The image fusion area ratio was obtained by Photoshop image processing.As the temperature increases,the interface fusion area ratio also gradually increases.When the experimental temperature reaches 240?,the interface fusion area ratio is basically unchanged as the temperature increases.As the pressure increases,the interface fusion area ratio increases gradually with the increase of the experimental pressure.Over time,as the experimental time increases,the interface fusion area ratio also gradually increases.When the experimental time reaches 5 min,the interface fusion area ratio is basically unchanged as time goes up.
