Pressure sinteringas the core part of the sintering furnace,the quick open-closure device is a kind of wide applicability and convenient operation quick device.At the same time it is also one of the main factors of pressure vessel safety accidents.Because of the diversity and complexity of its structure and load distribution,it is only in Japan where the design standard for the quick open-closure device with high and super high pressure has been currently made.However,for quick open-closure vessels which belong to middle and low ones,a mature set of engineering design method has not been formed.High pressure sintering furnace is widely used in metallurgy,iron and steel,ceramics and other industries,and withstand alternating load,the equipment is mainly to make carbide sintering,it is applied to a high melting point metal powder,and final sintered molded.The main structure of the device include flat cover of the upper and lower ends of the sintering furnace,furnace widgets entire jacketed cylinder and clamp locking structure(teeth locked)and other components.The papers research heat-coupled analysis of the model using finite element ANSYS software,and according to JB4732-95?steel pressure container-analysis,design criteria?(the calibration version in 05)to checking ofthe intensity of the analysis results.For a main portion of the high-pressure sintering furnace——the clamp faster opening the lid structure,and based on national standards of the HG20582-98?steel chemical containers intensity calculation rules? to conventional calculation and strength check that part,and to pass.After conducting the clamp fast opener structure strength analysis and security assessment,results confirm the research model calibration qualified.Comparison of the results of conventional design and ANSYS analysis,to provide the basis for the analysis and design of reliability.Finally,in the results of this analysis,clamp beams parts of most of the stress intensity values than in the design stress intensity value in the design temperature is much smaller,there is a big margin,so here are structural improvements,reducing the thickness and checking,make the structure more reasonable and more economical.The thesis has 33 figures,11 tables and 89 references.
