Energy is the foundation of national economic development.Saving energy has become a common concern in the world today.It is a major issue of the world and a major issue facing China.Saving energy is related to the survival and development of the country and the nation.With the advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China,energy consumption is also increasing.Industry is a key area for energy conservation.The use of advanced technology and equipment to properly recycle and utilize energy is very important for enterprises.It is an industrial enterprise that reduces costs and improves market competitiveness.The important way to break energy constraints is also the social responsibility that enterprises should undertake.Coal chemical enterprises are technology-intensive enterprises,but also energy-consuming enterprises.Therefore,only by reasonably setting up product plans,adopting advanced technology and adopting reasonable management measures,can the energy utilization rate be improved,the energy consumption of products be reduced,and the core competitiveness of enterprises be enhanced.HT Chemical Company has adopted advanced technology to reform the original ammonia cogeneration methanol plant,adopted reasonable management measures,increased methanol production,made the adjustment plan of the product larger,but also reduced energy consumption,which not only provided the raw material guarantee for olefins,but also reduced the cost of using methanol and improved it.The economic benefit of the enterprise is provided,and the sustained development of the enterprise is supported.Firstly,this paper defines some related concepts,combs the theoretical basis and domestic and foreign situations,then studies and analyses the process technology management adopted in the project,and puts forward some problems;secondly,calculates and analyses the energy consumption situation of the project,studies the energy saving management,and carries on the research.Evaluate and put forward suggestions;finally put forward their own views and suggestions for the whole study.The energy-saving transformation of ammonia-alcohol co-production in HT Chemical Company is studied in this paper.The results show that the technology adopted in this project is mature and reasonable,the management methods and measures are advanced and reasonable,and the energy-saving effect is obvious.Similar modifications are made.
