PA6 fiber is one of the most widely used and most productive polyamide fibers.It has a high market share in the textile industry,and most of the fibers need to be colored.The conventional coloring method of PA6 fiber is post-spinning coloring,and the method has large electric energy consumption,generates a large amount of industrial wastewater,and it is very polluted.This project belongs to the national "13th Five-Year Plan" key research and development plan,and mainly studies the pigmentation technology of polyamide fiber.This technology can improve fiber coloring quality,and it save energy and reduce.In this paper,three kinds of masterbatch of different phthalocyanine blue pigments were prepared.The dispersion properties of pigments in PA6,the color properties of the products and the mechanical properties of the fibers were investigated.The results show that the CuPcI pigment is well dispersed in the PA6 product,and the fiber colored with the CuPcI pigment is stronger than the fiber colored by the CuPcII and CuPcIII pigments,and it is more suitable for preparing the PA6 fiber masterbatch of 20%content.The effects of crystallization properties of three phthalocyanine blue pigment PA6 fibers were studied by DSC and XRD.The results show that CuPcI,CuPcII and CuPcIII pigments can act as nucleating agents,and it can promote heterogeneous nucleation crystallization of PA6 fibers,and improve the crystallinity of PA6 fibers.The surface treatment of CuPcI pigment pigments with two kinds of hyperdispersants and used to prepare PA6 fiber masterbatch.The properties of the two hyperdispersants were investigated by investigating the dispersion properties of the pigments in PA6 after surface treatment,the color properties of the products,and the mechanical properties of the fibers.The results show that DI hyperdispersant is more suitable for surface modification of CuPcI pigments.The CuPcI pigment treated with 3wt%DI hyperdispersant has the best performance,the tinting strength is increased by 14.73%,and the fiber strength is less affected.The dispersant can improve the dispersion properties of the pigment in the matrix.In this paper,the effects of three different types of dispersants,PEW,EAA wax and poly-wax,on the properties of PA6 fiber masterbatch were studied.The results show that PEW is not a polar dispersant and is not conducive to the dispersion of CuPcI pigment in PA6.EAA wax is a polar dispersant.When the content of EAA wax in the masterbatch is 7wt%,the tinting strength of the PA6 product increases the most,increases 19.73%,and the fiber strength decreases little;the Ionic wax is more polar than the EAA wax.When the content of the Ionic wax in the masterbatch is 3wt%,the pigment has the best dispersibility in PA6.it has the maximum increase in tinting strength,increase of 17.58%,and the influence of fiber strength is small.Therefore,both EAA wax and Ionic wax are suitable as dispersants for the PA6 fiber blue masterbatch.The EAA wax was compounded with PEW(the total content of the two dispersants in the masterbatch was 7 wt%).The dispersion properties of the pigment in PA6,the color properties of the product,and the mechanical properties of the fiber,were examined.The effect of compound wax on the properties of PA6 fiber masterbatch was studied.The results showed that when the ratio of EAA wax to PEW was 2:5 and 3:4,the tinting strength increased obviously,which increased by 4.05%and 12.98%,respectively.The degree of orientation of the fibers is higher than when only the CuPcI pigment is added,and the strength is also improved.In addition,PEW-g-MAH wax was also prepared.The effect of PEW-g-MAH wax on the properties of PA6 fiber masterbatch was studied.The results showed that after adding 1wt%of PEW-g-MAH to the masterbatch,The tinting strength is higher than when adding the same amount of PEW,EAA wax,and Ionic wax.And the strength of the PA6 fiber was increased by 5.00%compared to the strength of the PA6/CuPcI fiber.Therefore,when the PEW-g-MAH wax content is 1%by weight,the masterbatch is more suitable for coloring the PA6 fiber.
