With the rapid development of modern industry,vibration and noise will affect the life of equipment,instrumentation accuracy and product quality.Therefore,reducing vibration and noise is a major issue in the development of modern industry.And with the improvement of living standards,the requirements for comfort are getting higher and higher,and the foam products such as shoe materials and seat cushions are required to have better cushioning performance.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Preparation and performance study of rubber composite materials for vibrating screen damping.This part of the research was divided into two processes.Firstly,the commercial sample was analyzed.The results showed that the commercial sample was NR composite reinforced with carbon black and sulfur vulcanized.Secondly,combined with the analysis results of commercial sample,the effect of the type and amount of filler on the properties of NR composites were studied.The NR slow vulcanization system was also studied to achieve uniform vulcanization of thick rubber products.Through research,the NR composite material with comprehensive performance close to the commercial sample was prepared,and the rubber damping component was tested through the vibrating screen bench.It was found that damping rubber component basically satisfied the requirements of vibrating screen equipment.(2)Preparation and performance study of OBC thermoplastic elastomer foam,this part of the research was also divided into two processes.Firstly,the commercial foam sample was analyzed.The results showed that the main material of the commercial sample was OBC material,and the peroxide cross-linking system was used.The cell size was about 115 ?m with good cushioning performance.Secondly,combined with the commercial sample analysis results,the OBC foam with better comprehensive performance was prepared through the formulation and process research.Its density was 0.214 g/cm3,and the cells were uniform.showed normal distribution with good elasticity,comfort and cushioning vibration isolation performance.It is expected to apply to shoe materials and solid bicycle tires,which can prevent puncture and inflate,and achieve the purpose of tire maintenance.
