With the continuous progress and development of society,various systems and structural contradictions have become increasingly prominent,coupled with the frequent occurrence of various natural disasters and human accidents,people's lives and property safety have been seriously threatened.While the development of the chemical industry,it has brought growth to the national economy but also brought many problems.Once a dangerous chemical accident occurs,fire,explosion,large amounts of toxic gases,and liquid diffusion,improper evacuation of a large number of people gathered around the area may cause huge casualties and property damage.Such emergency evacuation drills are time-consuming and labor-intensive,and it also affects the normal life of most people.Therefore,such activities should not be carried out frequently.How to organize the evacuation of the people reasonably and quickly in the emergency handling of such incidents,not only meet the requirements of the evacuation drill but also find the deficiencies in the evacuation drill,which is a problem faced by every emergency management worker.Due to the wide application of computer technology,this paper uses simulation technology to build a scene model of a hazardous chemical accident to simulate the evacuation process of large-scale space personnel.Based on this analysis,effective technical support is provided for emergency evacuation decisions of emergency decision makers in the future.This research relies on the support of the National 13 th Five-Year Project,through consulting domestic and foreign literature,to understand the research status of personnel evacuation behavior,evacuation strategy and evacuation simulation.The scene of Zhangzhou Gulei Tenglong aromatic hydrocarbon xylene unit oil spill and fire accident was selected.Importing the investigation and analysis personnel evacuation behavior characteristic data into AnyLogic software,and using agent modeling to construct pedestrian evacuation logic,writing program code,the evacuation process simulation of the "4?6" accident of Zhangzhou Gulei accident wasrealized in the computer,then the evacuation road conditions and evacuation time of the personnel were obtained,and the evacuation results of the various evacuation behaviors of the personnel during the two evacuation processes from the accident to the further expansion were analyzed,the impact of the evacuation time and the final analysis of the evacuation process of personnel will provide suggestions for emergency decision makers to make the best evacuation decision under emergencies.
