With the pyrotechnics industry increasingly developing,electronic detonators and blasting machine are widely used in the field of blasting,so they have higher requirements for their safety factor and blasting accuracy.In general,when digital electronic detonators explode,the matching blasting machine is needed to send an ignition command to detonate.But in actual blasting occasions,when the blasting project needs to be completed remotely.In addition,if the blasting machine has a remote communication function,the blasting file can be downloaded from the control host to the blasting machine remotely without being restricted by the geographical conditions.As for the safety of the blasting machine,if a blasting machine is used for detonation operation,a positioning module can be added to the blasting machine to compare its position with the detonation area restricted in the detonation file.If the position is legal,it will work normally.Therefore,in the context of this improved demand,this paper studies a multi-functional blasting machine that can be used in multiple occasions and types of electronic detonators.In order to realize the functions of remote communication,real-time positioning and delayed explosion,the overall design of the system is proposed.This system is mainly composed of handheld blasting machine terminal and detonation circuit.The full text mainly focuses on the design of the blasting machine terminal.Then the barcode identification principle of the electric detonator,the selection of the main performance parameters of the wireless transparent transmission module,and the analysis of the initiation principle are analyzed.The stm32 series microprocessor based on the cortex-M3 core and ?C/OS-II are foundation of the software and hardware of blasting machine in this thesis.The hardware platform is based on the stm32f103zet6 core board and is equipped with peripheral circuits such as a barcode scanning module,GPS/BeiDou dual-mode positioning module.For software,the embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS-II based on stm32 as thesoftware development platform,and the drivers required for system are configured.At last,the paper sets up the man-machine interface to complete the design of the main control interface of the blasting machine.By testing and analysis of the existing platform,the output capability,positioning function,and wireless transmission function of the detonation circuit in the initiation control system,we can conclude that the detonation circuit is able to output the conditions to control the detonator blasted and the explosion position can be determined in real time as well as remote transmission of detonate file information.In a word,the blasting machine can meet the set functional requirements.
