Experimental Study On Laser Engraving In Ceramic Decoration

Laser engraving is based on numerical control technology,laser as a new processing means of processing media,generally used in plastic,metal,ceramic,wood products and other materials processing.Compared with traditional engraving techniques,laser engraving has significant advantages such as high engraving accuracy,wide application range,convenience and efficiency,flexible production and low cost.Taking ceramics as the material object for laser engraving processing not only has a great breakthrough and innovation in artistic expression compared with traditional engraving,but also can simplify the production process compared with traditional processing means in technology and improve the production efficiency and product quality.In this paper,through the practice application of laser engraving in ceramic decoration,analyze the present situation of the application of laser engraving in ceramic decoration from the laser engraving process in the ceramic decoration,decoration features,materials used,art forms and exploratory research on the development direction,lists the vast majority of cases,summarizes its and the advantages and problems of traditional sculpture,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,for the application of laser engraving in ceramic decoration to provide theoretical foundation and practical significance.
