In this paper,the mineral,lithium mica,albite,quartz and so on in the ore are comprehensively recycled by the comprehensive and detailed process mineralogy and ore dressing test.The ore process mineralogy study shows that the main minerals of the ore are lithium mica,potassium feldspar,albite and quartz,and the content is about 3-4%,24%,45% and 25%,respectively.A small amount of epidote and manganese-aluminum garnet,a trace of apatite,manganese oxide and kaolinite.The present invention is mainly formed in the lithium mica and the potassium feldspar,and is mainly formed in the manganese-rich iron ore.According to the exploration test,the condition test and the comprehensive test,the final ore dressing process flow is determined: grinding(-200 mesh(65%)-flotation lithium mica-strong magnetic separation-gravity separation(separation of albite mineral)-flotation(quartz-feldspar separation)-flotation(separation of potassium feldspar and albite).The obtained ore-dressing index is that the grade of the raw ore is 0.14%,the grade of the five-oxide-2 is 0.0024%,and the grade of the pentaoxide is 0.0073%.The preparation method co mprises the following steps of:(1)an oxidation-reduction grade of 0.75% of a lithium-containing mica concentrate,31.35% of a recovery rate of an oxidation catalyst,0.19% of a potassium-containing feldspar oxidation catalyst,a recovery rate of 40.39% o f an oxidation catalyst,0.28% of a comprehensive oxidation and reduction grade of a lithium-containing mica and a potassium-containing feldspar,a enrichment ratio of the ore-dressing product of 2.01,The recovery rate of the total oxidation of the two products was 71.84%,the grade of the oxidation of the quartz product was 0.011%,and the rate of the oxidation in the quartz was 1.62%.The results show that the niobium tantalum concentrate with 0.005% yield can be obtained,the niobium oxide grade of nio bium tantalum concentrate can reach 36.50%,the recovery rate of niobium oxide is 24.92%,the grade of tantalum pentoxide is 9.5%,the recovery rate of tantalum pentoxide is 22.89%,and the grade of niobium tantalum concentrate is 46.00%.On the basis of comprehensive condition test,the expanded continuous test of mineral processing was carried out,the quality of mineral processing products was inspected,and the settlement test of mineral processing products was carried out.The simple technical and economic analysis shows that 0.58 tons of rubidium oxide concentrate and 29.5 tons of potassium feldspar with 0.75% rubidium oxide grade and 0.19% rubidium oxide grade can be obtained for every 100 tons of raw ore.The output value of this part of mica conce ntrate and rubidium potassium feldspar is obtained by metallurgical accounting.Sodium feldspar products,quartz products at present market price of 270 yuan per ton.100 tons of raw ore can obtain 33.3 tons of albite products,and 20.5 tons of quartz products.The value of these two products is 145.26 yuan/ ton.A total of 100 tons of crude ore can be used to obtain 0.005 tons of fine iron concentrate,and the grade of the five-oxidized two-grade iron ore concentrate can reach 36.50%,the average recovery rate is 24.92%,the grade of the five-oxidized dioxides can reach 9.5%,the average recovery rate is 22.89%,and the grade of the iron oxide concentrate is 46.00%.The grade of the concentrated iron concentrate is 46.00%,but the concentrate of the concentrate is high in content and low in content,which is made up of this kind of product,and the product price is not high.In particular,that grade of the five-oxidation-2 of the concentrate of the concentrate is only 9.5%,and is basically free of the market and is further processed by the metallurgy.The rare earth minerals,the lithium mica,the potassium feldspar,the albite and the quartz in the ore are recycled.In order to finally determine the process flow of the ore dressing,the continuous test is carried out,and the detailed product inspection is carried out for each ore-dressing product,and the technical and economic evaluation is carried out on the resources of the mineral resources in the State of the State of the State of Gansu,the Republic of China and the Republic of China.The results of this test,the data are informative,the process is reliable,can be used as the basis for the exploitation of the resources of the resources of the mineral resources in the State of the State of Gubao,Gansu.
