As a material with excellent performance that can be excited by infrared light and emit visible light,up-converting luminescent materials have very broad application prospects in anti-counterfeiting technology,up-converting laser,display technology,bio-medicine and other fields.But the current low luminous efficiency and relatively immature control methods are the biggest obstacles in its industrial application.As an effective means to improve the performance of materials,luminescent rare-earth ions doping has conducted useful researches in new developed up-converting luminescent materials,but there is few works about doping ions of the matrix materials,which needs to be investigated urgently.In this paper,different ions are used to dope ions of the fluoride matrix material,and a series of new up-conversion luminescent materials with greatly improved properties have been successfully prepared.The main results are as follows:?1?A series of new up-conversion luminescent materials LixNayK?1-x-y?YF4:Er3+,Yb3+were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method.According to the experiment results,it is found that controlling the ratio of Li+,Na+and K+ions in the matrix material can affect the morphology of the material and improve its luminescence performance significantly.When Li+:Na+:K+equals 10:6:9,the luminous intensity is increased by 20 times of that for the undoped material.This result indicates that the ion doping of the host material can significantly improve the luminescent properties of the related materials,and this result also provides a new idea for the preparation of new up-conversion luminescent materials.?2?A series of new up-conversion luminescent materialsLixNayK?1-x-y?YF4:Er3+,Yb3+were successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The amount of Er3+and Yb3+is the same as that in solvothermal method.According to the experiment results,it is found that,similar to the solvothermal method,the ternary ion doping can significantly affect the morphology and luminescence performance of the material during hydrothermal synthesis.When Li+:Na+:K+equals 10:6:9,the luminous performance of the material has also been greatly improved,which is 30 times of that for the undoped material under the same experimental conditions.This result also shows that the ion doping of the matrix material is an effective means to improve the luminescent performance of the material,and the hydrothermal conditions are more conducive to the improvement of the doping performance.?3?A series of novel NaY?1-x?GdxF4:Er3+,Yb3+up-conversion luminescent materials doped with Gd were successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The study found that changing the ratio of Y3+:Gd3+in the matrix material will affect the crystalline state of the material and have a positive effect on the luminescent properties of the material.When Y3+:Gd3+equals 2:3,the luminous intensity of the material reached 8 times of that for the blank sample.It further proves the effectiveness of the ion doping of the host material to improve the performance of the up-conversion luminescent material.
