In recent years,with the continuous progress of China's urbanization,the number of construction projects in the construction industry has gradually increased,and the accompanying environmental problems have also emerged,especially the dust problem caused by construction,which has not only seriously polluted the atmosphere,but Bringing serious problems to people's lives,in order to solve these problems,the Chinese government has adopted a series of measures to control construction dust,which have put higher requirements on the control of construction costs.Better control over construction costs of construction projects is a key issue that needs to be addressed urgently.This article has done the following research on the cost control of construction projects under the control of flying dust.First of all,this article studies the related literature such as cost control theory in the context of dust control,and finds the shortcomings of the current research.This paper proposes a method to construct a cost control model under dust control by using the combined weighted TOPSISI method.Index selection and model construction laid the foundationSecond,analyze the relevant indicators of dust pollution,recognize the main sources of dust pollution at the construction site of the construction project,and analyze relevant domestic and foreign literature to initially summarize the influencing factors of cost control in the context of dust pollution,and use Delphi method to analyze the dust pollution background Three rounds of screening and analysis of the influencing factors of construction project cost control were carried out.Finally,five levels of criteria and 30 influencing factors were identified.The influential factors were analyzed,which laid the foundation for the construction of the cost control model.Then,the existing weighting methods and model construction methods are compared and analyzed.Finally,the weighting analysis and calculation based on the combination weights of the game theory are adopted.The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to overcome the shortcomings of the single weighting method.Finally,the paper validates the model through an actual case,and the calculation results confirm the applicability and feasibility of the model,which provides a reference for the evaluation of construction cost control under the control of flying dust in the future.
