At present, the quality of the atmospheric environment has declined, and air pollution has seriously affected people's normal life and development.Among the air pollution components, dust particles are the most common and widely distributed air pollutants. In recent years,China's real estate industry is booming, and the dust pollution caused by the construction of a large number of demolition projects of shed renovation and old renovation projects is increasingly serious, aggravating the ecological environment pollution.Meanwhile, the dust particles will also damage the health of the people. At present, there is no comprehensive and systematic study on the dust from demolition construction of existing buildings by relevant experts and scholars, and there is no discussion on the comprehensive treatment cost of dust from demolition construction of existing buildings. Therefore, this paper through the demolition of the construction dust quantitative monitoring,in order to discuss the demolition project dust comprehensive control measures and cost calculation.Firstly, based on the data investigation and the method of field investigation of demolition construction, this paper makes a quantitative monitoring scheme of dust emission according to the characteristics of dust emission during demolition construction and the actual situation of the construction site.Combined with the characteristics of demolition construction and the diffusion theory, this paper explores the distribution law of dust emission intensity and concentration at the construction site of demolition engineering, evaluates the hazard of dust emission during the construction of demolition engineering, and obtains the key monitoring area of dust emission.Combining with the method of dust monitoring and numerical simulation, the dust emission concentration in each area is calculated, and the demolition site construction area is divided into three areas according to the different dust emission concentration. The dust concentration in the working area of the working passage is high, and the average concentration range reaches the highest 227.444?g/m~3.Secondly,the dust emission intensity in the working area of the excavator, the working area of the hydraulic crushing hammer and the construction waste yard is high, which is 159.201?g/m~3,145.951?g/m~3,and 133.256?g/m~3,respectively.The average concentration in the six areas of workers'living area, outside the construction site walls, waste recovery area, road side, plane transportation passage and loading vehicle reached 59.005?g/m~3,48.080?g/m~3,77.315?g/m~3,69.854?g/m~3,91.343?g/m~3 and 109.694?g/m~3.Secondly,through the analysis of the removal of construction dust emissions and distribution law,put forward targeted comprehensive dust control measures, after a series of dust removal measures, the removal of construction dust emissions significantly reduced. Finally, using the construction dust comprehensive governance cost analysis method, according to the dust control measures the amount of material supplies, combined with the local market price,to calculate the ultimate dust management cost is 88500 yuan, the cost meets the requirements of safety and civilized measures for dust control, the existing buildings demolished site average comprehensive dust cost is 17.7 yuan/m~2.This article research is helpful to clearly recognize the housing construction in addition to the dust pollution emission characteristics and distribution of construction project, the quantitative calculation on demolition construction dust emissions and has a certain guiding significance to the pollution degree and to provide technical guidance for dust pollution prevention and control measures, and also provide reference for comprehensive cost calculation of dust.
