Nature reserves play a key role in maintaining the balance of ecosystem, maintaining biodiversity and constructing landscape diversity.Since the construction of ecological civilization was put forward and implemented in China, the related issues of natural protection land construction have been the focus of research. At present, with the in-depth development of the eco-tourism industry to the natural protected areas, human interference gradually invades the fragile ecological environment, bringing certain threats to the ecological system of the natural protected areas. However, the classification and zoning management lack of scientific guidance and can not well solve the complex contradiction between ecological protection and economic development. At present, the existing functional zoning is more subjective, the classification system is confused, and the follow-up implementation is lack of operability, leading to the construction effect is greatly reduced. Therefore,it is an important way to realize the goal of ecosystem protection and the development and utilization of resources. This paper takes wulongkou area of Taihang mountain rhesus macaques national nature reserve in Henan province as the research object, grasps the resource characteristics of rhesus macaques in the research area on the basis of field investigation, comprehensively considers the landscape and landscape resources of mountains, and proposes a functional zoning optimization scheme based on the biological protection security pattern.First of all,on the basis of macaque life habits, selection of ecological environmental impact factors, determine the quantitative evaluation indexes, constructing species habitat suitability evaluation system, using the spatial analysis technology of GIS and RS,geography, mathematics model, based on CAD and remote sensing data superposition of single factor analysis and comprehensive analysis, get the rhesus macaque in Wulongkou area habitat suitability as a result, the distribution of selection and the highest degree in appropriate(score8.5-9)core habitat area as a monkey.Secondly, based on the ISO unsupervised clustering analysis tool, from the remote sensing image identify Wulongkou area of land use type,by using the minimum cost distance model, constructing the safety of the biological conservation pattern, combined with the data like yuan distribution characteristics and actual situation in the region and select appropriate classificationthreshold, further to the low-medium-high levels of the spatial pattern of three security. Finally, combined with the feature of the available data and regional planning, spatial pattern and put forward with the combination of quantitative analysis of the common cognitive experience, considering the different stages of policy bias and development needs, from the ecological environment protection and the scenery resources development two aspects, optimize the traditional framework of functional partition, goals more clearly, the pattern is more diverse, more reasonable partition framework, and points out the corresponding grading control requirements, the partition clearly and refinement of management science and functional partition mode, provide important reference for future planning and construction,to promote regional sustainable development. The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1)grasp the special situation of overlap of two types of protected areas. The relationship of spatial attribute and management attribute between Taihang mountain species reserve and Wulongkou area scenic spot was sorted out,the difference of development goal was distinguished, the rhesus monkey protection and resource utilization were determined as the two main directions of discussion in functional zoning, and the layout and management of current functional zoning was put forward.2)habitat suitability of Taihang mountain macaques. From the aspects of natural environment and human disturbance, eight evaluation indexes including elevation, slope, slope direction, vegetation coverage, distance from water source, distance from village and distance from landscape resources were extracted to construct habitat suitability evaluation system. The range of suitable habitat, suitable habitat, relatively suitable habitat, generally suitable and inappropriate habitat of Taihang mountain macaques in the research area was obtained, providing scientific basis for accurate identification of the core habitat of macaques, establishment of protection range and control of construction area.3)Taihang mountain rhesus monkey protection security pattern. The ISO cluster unsupervised classification was used to identify the land cover types in the research area, determine the interference degree of different types of land use to the activities of macaques, calculate the cost of species diffusion using the minimum distance model, and form the Taihang mountain macaques as an indicator species protection pattern.Combined with the distribution characteristics of standard variance of data, histogram mutation points were identified, and security pattern classificationthreshold was selected to further propose three different levels of biological protection security pattern.4)Functional partition optimization scheme.According to the actual situation, the higher security pattern and the medium security pattern are adjusted, and the functional zoning scheme with stage characteristics is proposed to meet different needs from the two levels of ecological protection and resource utilization, including functional zoning framework and hierarchical control requirements. The multi-layer elastic functional zone framework is constructed to continue the zoning logic of nature reserves and scenic development zones. In the sequence from weak to strong human interference, the functional areas are core protected areas, strict protected areas, important protected areas, controlled use areas, coordinated use areas and appropriate use areas.Hierarchical control indicates the types and ranges of activities prohibited, restricted and permitted in the functional area, and meets the requirements of different levels of protection and utilization intensity.
