With the development of economic globalization,product quality has become the protagonist of market competition.For an enterprise,product quality not only means the core competitiveness of the enterprise,but also represents the potential of the enterprise's development.Due to the continuous enhancement of market competition and changes in the status of buying and selling markets,customers are increasingly demanding product quality.At the same time,with the continuous development of science and technology,customers' requirements for products are highly increasingly realized.Therefore,under the circumstances,that not only intensifies competition between enterprises and others,but also greatly improves the position of product quality in the competition.This paper is taken M-type gearbox assembly production line of the A automobile company as the research object.Through the collection and analysis of the quality data of the M-type gearbox assembly production line,combined with the error prevention technology and FMEA technology,an error-proof technical solution for the gearbox assembly line was designed.It not only effectively controls the quality of gearbox assembly,but also provides an important reference for the implementation of error-proof technology in the assembly process of A Automobile's gearbox.The thesis were studied the problem of error prevention in the assembly process of M-type gearbox.First of all,a large number of documents have been studied,starting from the relevant theories of error prevention technology and FMEA technology,the research purpose and content of the paper are clarified,the current status of the research on error prevention technology by experts and scholars at home and abroad is summarized,and the research methods of the paper are clarified.Secondly,the basic situation of A Automobile Company and its M-type gearbox assembly status were analyzed and studied.Through on-site inquiries and field investigations,the key quality problems that occurred during the assembly process of the M-type gearbox were analyzed.Finally,according to the key quality problems that occurred in the assembly process of the M-type gearbox and the related theory of error prevention,an effective error-proof technical solution was designed to effectively control the assembly quality of the gearbox.At the same time,the proposed antierror technical solution was evaluated for the expected effect.The research of the thesis is provided clear ideas and relevant theoretical support for the application of the error prevention technology of A Automobile's gearbox assembly line.
