| At present,the packaging of apple’s plastic bubble net relies on manual work,and there is no commodity for apple’s automatic plastic bubble net packaging.Currently,there is only one automatic packing machine for spherical fruit net,which is developed and designed by Huazhong Agricultural University.The packing equipment has some defects,such as low packing speed,easy damage of packing materials,large space occupied by the equipment and inconvenient movement.In response to the above problems,this topic is based on the local fruit farmers in Gansu’s Longxi region’s demand for apple automatic net packaging,combined with the actual situation,developed a plastic foam net automatic packaging equipment for plastic automatic packing of bubble net of apples with a fruit diameter of 8.5 cm or less.The equipment used the Siemens S7-200 SMART model PLC as the control core,and integrated photoelectric technology,mechanical technology,and electrical technology into one,and realized the function of automatic netting for apple.This paper completed the mechanical system design and control system design of the apple mesh automatic packaging equipment,and selected the corresponding central control elements,detection elements,actuators,and power drive devices,and tested and verified each processing mechanism,verified the design plan.The mechanical system included an apple limit conveying mechanism,which was used to deliver apples to the working point of the automatic sleeve mechanism without error;the apple mesh sleeve automatic packing mechanism automatically packed the plastic foam net for the apple to be packaged,and cut off the plastic mesh;plastic mesh convolution mechanism,used to store plastic foam net and assist operators to quickly replenish plastic mesh.The control system covered the information collection function,equipment monitoring and control function,and emergency stop function.It provided two modes of automatic packaging and manual packaging.The power drive system was designed and related types were selected.According to the relevant components and control requirements,an I/O interface allocation table was drawn.A test prototype was assembled.On this basis,two sets of manual and automatic control packaging tests were carried out.The test results showed that in the automatic mode,the packaging speed of the prototype was 600 pieces/hour,and the plastic was issued in the two operating modes.There will be a certain probability of damage to the mesh,and analysis and optimization experiments were carried out to reduce the damage rate.This paper analyzed and optimized the mesh spreader to reduce the breakage rate of the packaging,and compared the production in-kind to obtain a foam net spreader that used cast iron as the material and produces a 9cm diameter and rectangular strip cut surface.After the black treatment,the sliding friction resistance with the plastic mesh could be greatly reduced,and the damage rate of the plastic foam net could be reduced. |
