The down industry is one of the three largest water "consumers".When down processing is carried out,a large amount of wastewater will be generated.If it is discharged without treatment,it will seriously harm the local water environment.This subject comes from a down product factory in Jiangxi.The construction progress of the local sewage treatment plant is relatively backward,and it is unable to accept the wastewater of the plant.It is necessary to design a set of efficient and economical sewage treatment plan.Based on the analysis of process comparison and experimental research,this subject finally determined the combined process of "grid+conditioning tank+fishing machine+pressure filter+chemical phosphorus removal" to treat the wastewater.A part of the effluent is discharged after the combined process,and the recycled water can be sterilized with chlorine dioxide as required and then reused in workshop production.Through research on the design,commissioning and operating conditions of this project,the following research results were obtained:(1)Through engineering debugging,the ideal and economical process parameters of the pressure filter are finally determined to be HRT 0.8h,gas-water ratio 3:1,and aeration pressure 0.25MPa.(2)According to the experimental results of the single factor method,PAC has a good removal effect on TP in wastewater.When the pH of the wastewater is 7.5,the dosages of the phosphorus removal agent PAC and PAM are 200mg/L,2mg/L,and the reaction time is stirred At 20min,the phosphorus removal efficiency reached 96.7%.(3)According to the analysis of orthogonal experiment results,the four factors that affect the efficiency of PAC chemical phosphorus removal from weak to strong are:PH>PAC dosage>PAM dosage>stirring time;the optimal reaction conditions are pH 7.5,The addition amount was 250 mg/L,the PAM addition amount was 2 mg/L,and the stirring reaction time was 15 min.Under this condition,the TP removal rate reached 96.8%.(4)The Sewage treatment system has good treatment effect on down processing wastewater,and the effluent is stable.During operation,the average discharge of wastewater is about 300m3/d,and the average removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TP are 86.67%,65.71%and 95.93%.respectively,The treated effluent can meet discharge standards.
