Design And Research Of Folding Umbrella Water Collecting Device Based On Patent Layout Strategy

With the development of science and technology as well as the improvement of countries' opening to the outside world,the scope,scale and degree of international exchange of the circulation field are getting higher and higher.The products of internationally famous enterprises will be sold all over the world,but when the enterprises are engaged in foreign trade,they will often encounter some barriers of patent technologies.The restriction of patent barriers will make the enterprises products unable to sell in this region or need to pay high patent fees,which will reduce the enterprise's earnings.Although the patent barrier is unfavorable to the development of the enterprise,it is also a mean for each enterprise to maintain its own related technologies,which is the legitimate existence.Therefore,the enterprise must form its own patent system as soon as possible,in order to make a good patent layout in its own core technologies and technologies of the future product development trend fields as well as the technical field of the enterprise future development direction.Patent layout is a top-level planning and guiding ideology for building patent portfolio,which comes to the global strategic consideration.There is overall consideration of the large layout,but also the small layout for the product or the project in the enterprise actual patent layout.TRIZ theory is a set of theories to solve the invention problem summarized from a large number of patent documents,which is the most effective practical innovation method at present.Folding umbrella is an essential daily necessity,for it has simple structure and low threshold for technical innovation.At present,folding umbrellas are difficult to place after being used in rainy days.China is the largest exporter of folding umbrellas,so it is urgent to make a patent layout for the problem of collecting water from folding umbrellas.In this paper,the home and abroad development of patent layout and its mode as well as its general process of enterprise are described in detail.Based on this,the analysis of folding umbrella is made.The rainwater treatment device of the folding umbrella after being used is taken as the technology research object.Combined with TRIZ invention theory,the innovative design is carried out from three directions:folding umbrella,its placement device and its combination placement device,where three core patents are obtained and the parachute-type combined patent layout is carried out with three core patents.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Describe the background and significance of patent layout research,the research status of patent layout at home and abroad,the research and application of TRIZ theory and the current development status of folding umbrella.(2)The characteristics and patterns of patent layout.This paper mainly describes the theoretical knowledge of patent layout:the structure mode generally considered in patent layout and the general process of enterprise patent layout;The characteristics of patent protection in the mechanical field,the factors considered in patent layout and the strategy of patent layout in the mechanical field.(3)patent mining and retrieval of umbrellas and patent analysis of folding umbrellas.Through INNOJOY patent search,we searched the global umbrella patents,determined the future development trend of umbrellas and analyzed the patent technology composition of folding umbrellas,and laid a foundation for the patent layout of folding umbrellas in.water collection technology.(4)structural design of folding umbrella water collecting device.Through the analysis of folding umbrella mechanism and its functions,TRIZ theory is used to improve the mechanical structure of folding umbrella and realize the innovation of water collection function after the use of folding umbrella.(5)patent layout of folding umbrella water collecting device.Based on the above knowledge of patent layout,the pattern of patent layout and the type of patent combination,the paper designs the structure design of the three core patents of folding umbrella water collecting device with the combined layout of parachuting umbrella.
