With the deterioration of the environment,sustainable development has been valued by all social circles.Dyeing is an important part in the production of clothing.The energy consumption and waste emissions have attracted the attention of clothing industries.As a natural dye,persimmon varnish is obtained by fermenting persimmon juice.The dyeing process does not need to consume energy and add chemical auxiliaries which is an environmentally friendly dyeing process and has good modern production prospects.Cotton fiber is the most commonly used natural fiber with good wetability which is used to investigate the dyeing properties of natural dyes.Cotton fabric is used in spring and summer clothing with good comfortable capability,but it has the disadvantages of poor light resistance and weak antibacterial properties Therefore,this article takes the improvement of the antibacterial properties and anti-ultraviolet performance of cotton fabrics as the starting point,and explores the characteristics of persimmon juice dyed of cotton fabrics.Comparison of the wearability of cotton fabrics,analysis of the effect of persimmon juice dyeing on the wearability of cotton fabrics,and the establishment of a wearable performance prediction model of persimmon juice dyed cotton fabrics,to provide a reference for the modern production of persimmon juice dyeing.The paper explores the characteristics of cotton fabrics dyed with persimmon juice by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,and PhabOmeter fabric feel evaluation tester,as well as test of contact angle,antibacterial and UV resistance.The results show that persimmon juice can improve the hydrophobicity,antibacterial and UV resistance of cotton fabrics.After dyeing,persimmon tannins in the persimmon juice are adsorbed on the cotton fabric and a condensation reaction occurs.A coating is formed on the fabric surface,which changes the fabric structure,which becomes tighter,causing the fabric to harden and feel worse.Aiming at the problem of fabric hardening,the effects of persimmon juice concentration and dyeing times on fabric size and quality were analyzed,and the cotton fabric persimmon juice dyeing process was optimized.Obtaining high concentration and repeated dyeing will cause the cotton fabric to harden.The optimal dyeing process conditions of cotton fabric persimmon juice were 40 h of shining time,8 times of dyeing,1:4 ratio of persimmon juice to water,15 minutes of dyeing time.Moreover,the persimmon juice dyed cotton fabric under the optimized process feels better,and has good antibacterial and UV-proof properties.Nine kinds of shirt fabrics and three kinds of jacket fabrics were selected to test the wearability of the persimmon juice dyed cotton fabric under the optimized process,and the wearable performance was comprehensively analyzed using the principal component analysis method.The results show that the durability and warmth of cotton fabrics are enhanced after persimmon juice dyeing,and the fabric becomes stiff,but the moisture absorption performance is weakened.The cotton fabrics 2#,4#,4?,6#,9?,11#are suitable for shirts after dyeing.The cotton fabrics 1#,3#,7#,8#,10#,12#is suitable for jacket after dyeing.Multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between fabric structure parameters and wearability of persimmon juice dyed cotton f abrics,and the relationship between fabric structure parameters and wearability was obtained.A fuzzy neural network was used to establish a predictive model for wearability of persimmon juice dyed cotton fabrics,and developed a evaluation system for the wearability of persimmon juice dyed cotton fabrics by using MatlabThe research value of this subject lies in the use of persimmon juice as a material to obtain persimmon juice dyed cotton fabrics with excellent antibacterial and UV resistance properties,and a comprehensive analysis of the wearability of cotton fabrics,modification of cotton fabrics,and persimmon juice dyeing,which provide a reference for design and use of fabrics.
