With the continuous development of society,Metro has gradually become the preferred way to solve traffic congestion and achieve low-carbon traffic in large and medium-sized cities,which greatly relieves the travel pressure of urban personnel.As the basic guarantee department of Metro operation,the metro engineering system is huge,and there are many risk factors.Once an accident occurs,the consequences are quite serious.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to strengthen the safety management of metro engineering system.This research combines the research work of "Liaoning Science and Technology Department Public Welfare Fund Project"(201400 4027)and studies the safety risk assessment and safety investment optimization of Suzhou Metro,aiming at the actual operation of Suzhou Metro,in order to provide technical support for the safety management of Suzhou Metro Work System,The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Risk identification of metro engineering system.By sorting out the monitoring data and fault statistics of the work system,the key risk points of the work system of Suzhou Metro are identified,and the risk points that constitute the hidden dangers of accidents are accurately and comprehensively grasped,and the weak links of the safety management of the system are found.(2)Identify the risk factors of metro construction system.Based on the analysis of the causes of accidents in Metro Engineering system,the risk analysis is carried out from four aspects of personnel-management-environment-equipment facilities.The factors affecting the safety of metro engineering system are identified by HAZOP,and the possible faults,causes,possible consequences and measures to be taken at the key nodes of metro engineering system are analyzed.(3)Establish the risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of metro engineering system.Taking Suzhou Metro Work System as an example,the risk evaluation index system of Metro Work System is constructed.The weight determination method based on OWA-AHP and Entropy Weight Method is proposed.The comprehensive evaluation method of Fuzzy Mathematics is used to evaluate the safety status and risk level of Metro Work System,and the corresponding preventive measures are formulated.(4)Construct the optimization model of safety input for metro engineering system.From the point of view of safety input analysis,the system dynamics model of safety level of metro engineering system is constructed,and the safety level of metro engineering system is predicted.Taking the actual production input of Suzhou Metro Works System as the observation data,this paper observes and compares the changes of the safety level of the Metro Works System in the next two years under different investment schemes,and gives some suggestions for the better scheme,which provides the technical basis for the decision-making of the metro group company.
