With the development of oil field and offshore oil field,the water content of crude oil is increasing,which leads to the increase of energy consumption and operation cost of crude oil dehydration system,and the dehydration effect is also poor.The main research content of this paper is to optimize the operation conditions of the crude oil electric dehydration system based on the optimization theory and the actual production data of a combined station without reforming the existing electric dehydration process and equipment,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy,reducing resource consumption and reducing the operation cost of the crude oil dehydration system.Firstly,the process flow and main equipment of the electric dehydration system are analyzed and studied,and the main energy consumption equipment of the electric dehydration system is determined.Secondly,with the help of the multi physical field coupling analysis software,the induced charge density,electric potential and electric field force distribution of the oil-water mixture water drop in the AC electric field,as well as the movement of the dispersed phase are studied,and the agglomeration mechanism and influencing factors of the dispersed phase water drop in the oil-water emulsion are further analyzed.Thirdly,based on the working principle of each equipment,the electricity cost,fuel cost and demulsifier cost during the operation of the crude oil electric dehydration system are determined,and the objective function of the optimization problem is established;the operating voltage and current of the electric dehydrator,the concentration of chemical demulsifier and the outlet temperature of the dehydration heater are selected as the optimization variables;according to the national and industrial standards and the design parameters of each equipment The mathematical relationship between the optimization variables and the dehydration rate is obtained.The optimization model is supplemented to make it more complete and practical.Finally,using particle swarm optimization algorithm to write matlab program to solve the model,the optimal operation conditions of dehydration scheme are obtained.In this paper,the optimization models of 340 v,360V and 380 V are solved.The resultsshow that when the voltage of the dehydrator is 380 V,the current intensity is 52 A,the concentration of demulsifier is 61.3650 ppm,and the dehydration temperature is 57.1731 ?,the operation cost of the electric dehydration system is the lowest,and it can meet the requirements of crude oil quality.Among the three optimization schemes,the maximum operation cost is 2.35 million yuan / year,and the minimum operation cost is 2.12 million yuan / year.That is to say,the maximum operation cost can be saved by 230000 yuan / year by adopting the operation scheme,and the optimization effect is obvious.Therefore,the purpose of low production cost,energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved only by adjusting the operation conditions on the basis of not reforming the existing process.
