With the oil field entering the stage of high-wateryt prodcution,the moisture content of the extracted crude oil is also increasing,which leading to the electric dehydration system’s energy consumption,operation cost and the dehydration efficiency change with the increasing of water content.The main research of this paper is according to the theory of optimization problem,without changing the existing electric dehydration process,the operation parameters of crude oil electric dehydration system are optimized;so as to achieve the goal of saving energy,reducing resource consumption and reducing the running cost of crude oil.First,this artical analyzdes the process flow and main equipment of the electric dehydration system,selected the main energy consumption equipment of the electric dehydration system is determined.Seond,this artical considered the operating characteristics of the pump,established a mathematical model of dehydration pump,and optimized operating efficiency of dewatering pump,solved the optimal operating point of dehydration pump(Q*,H*,I*,η*).Using the least squares method,this artical verify that the parameters optimization of dehydration pump is reasonable and effective.Third,considering the running cost of the electric dehydration system,namely,ectricity cast,fuel cost and pharmacy cost.Established the objective function of the electric dehydration system,and the optimized variables are demulsifier concentration,the operating voltage of the electric dehydrator,the operating current of the electric dehydrator and the outlet temperature of the dehydration heating furnace.The constraint conditions are temperature,sewage oil content,the operating pressure of all equipment,energy conserved conditions of the system,the requirements of the national production of crude oil moisture content and so on.Set up a relatively complete electric dehydration of crude oil optimization mathematical model.At last,this paper use genetic algorithm to solve mathematical model.The calculation results show that,after optimization,the cost of pharmacy is increased,the cost of electricity and fuel is reduced.The total operating cost of electricity and dehydration system is reduced from the original 2.6 million yuan to 2.36 million yuan,and the optimization effect is obvious.We can conclude that without changing the existing electric dehydration process,by optimizing the operation parameters of electric dehydration system,The cost of production can be reduced and the efficiency can be improved...
