Light hydrocarbon recovery is the process of recovering components of C3 and C3+in natural gas through liquid form.On the one hand,through the light hydrocarbon recovery can control the external dew point of natural gas and improve the quality of commercial gas standards.Furthermore,the current environmental problems have been closely linked to the sustainable economic development of countries,through the effective recovery of light hydrocarbon,can not only improve the utilization rate of energy,but also can improve people's income through the improvement of the environment.For this reason,natural gas light hydrocarbon has become an important component of the world's energy structure,and has attracted the attention of all countries.How to establish an efficient light hydrocarbon recovery process has become an important topic for industry scholars.The overall introduction of light hydrocarbon recovery technology in China started in the twentieth Century 80s.After the efforts of domestic design and research institutes and industry practitioners,China has basically realized its localization.There is no denying the fact that by the device and recovery process limitation of light hydrocarbon recovery technology in our country compared with foreign advanced countries,there is still the energy consumption is too large,the C3 and C3+yield are not high.In order to further promote the study of light hydrocarbon recovery technology in China,this paper takes a light hydrocarbon recovery device of Daqing oilfield as an example,the existing problems are discussed,and targeted optimization.In order to reduce the energy consumption of a light hydrocarbon recovery unit in Daqing Oilfield and to improve the yield of light hydrocarbon,this paper introduces the existing process and parameter optimization process of the device under the premise of ensuring the quality of natural gas.The process parameters and process methods of the raw material gas in the process of gas and light hydrocarbon recovery in the oil field are mainly introduced,and the existing problems in the operation process of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit are put forward.Three kinds of improvement methods--the optimization process parameters,DHX tower+downstream duel-effect,DHX tower+countercurrent duel-effect--are put forward,and comparative analysis.After the relevant parameters of the improvement scheme are determined,the parameters of the actual operation are simulated by the Canadian chemical simulation software HYSYS and the simulation results are obtained.The conclusion is that the three methods can improve theC3yield of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit in Daqing Oilfield and reduce the energy consumption of the device.The DHX tower+counter-current dual-effect scheme can maximum improve the yield ofC3 and reduce the energy consumption per unit of product.
