As an unconventional natural gas resources,Shale gas has a long mine life and long production cycles, the world pays more and more attention on the exploitation of shale gas. China’s shale gas resources are very rich, China has the most technically recoverable resources in the world, followed by the United States, and the exploitation of shale gas can effectively alleviate the pressure on China’s energy demands. The United States has been achieved large-scale commercial exploitation of shale gas through the shale gas revolution, but, the exploitation of shale gas is still in the initial stage in China, backward in technology and equipment.Different from the shale gas revolution in the United States, the exploitation of shale gas is still in the initial stage in China, it is because there is a big difference in exploration environment of shale gas between China and the United States. In China the construction environment is limited, while North America is sparsely populated; the construction of roads is rugged and narrow in China, while the roads are flat and wide in North America. In particular, China’s shale gas storage areas are mostly in the mountains and valleys regions. The large-scale fracturing requires a lot of heavy equipment, which resulted in two problems: Firstly, the rugged road is difficult for the transportation of large fracturing equipment; secondly, due to the small size of the well site, a limited number of devices can be arranged, so it can’t support large-scale fracturing. But, the construction scale and technical requirements of shale gas exploration is the same for both China and the United States, both in the direction of continuous operation under large load. Based on the factors above, if China wants to achieve large-scale exploration of shale gas, it must develop fracturing equipment in line with China’s national conditions.Currently, the exploitation of shale gas mainly relies on the fracturing technology to increase production, due to low permeability, large depth, large airflow resistance of the shale gas reservoir, the fracturing equipment is very demanding. So this paper proposes research on key technologies of 3000 HP fracturing truck unit for shale gas exploitation, mainly including:(1) Design sand mixing device, design closed type sand mixing pump, design double sand mixing systems on one fracturing blending truck, build the three-dimensional layout model of the fracturing blending truck.(2)Design variable pitch helical spiral sand transport device, calculate and select the basic parameters of spiral sand transport device according to the design requirements, optimize the thread pitch, calculate the deflection of the spiral sand transport device.(3) Design 3000 HP five-cylinder fracturing pump, calculate the theoretical performance of the pump, strength analysis and optimization of the pump head,build the three-dimensional model of the five-cylinder pump and layout model of fracturing truck.
