| This paper introduces a research on automatic sand mixingtruck (9m3) for petroleum fracturing application. It Structuredesign, assembly optimization, matching and device mixing,process and inspections are surveyed. Solutions of design&manufacture for sand mixing truck are provided. It is composedalong with sand mixing truck project proposed by ZhongchengEquipment Company, Products based on the presented design havebeen put into use and the outcome is proved positive and themarketing is promising.The project and its research are found useful upon itsbackground and state-of-the-art. A process of automatic sandmixing truck is proposed with promising reliability. The structurefeatures, design plan, device configurations, control system(e.g., liquid level control, sand density value control, liquidaddictive scaling control, etc.) are analyzed and optimalsolutions are provided. The proposed method realizes the optimalmatching of device parameters, and flexible switch between manualand automatic control for the liquid level of mixing drums. Theoperating is safe and reliable.The process is optimized for the manufacture of sand mixing truck. Upon the requirements of SY/T5211-2009(i.e., FracturingEquipment) design drawings and manufacturing process choreographyreasonable technical file (process scheme, process flow, keyprocess, quality tracking card, operating instructions, etc.),according to the research and development, needed formanufacturing process to carry out the review, technicalfoundation for the later manufacturing.Upon the requirements of SY/T5211-2009(i.e., FracturingEquipment), the experiment methods are made. The performance ofthe truck then can be tested through running tests, run-intransmission tests, seal tests, etc. The proposed design is provedeffective through its applications in Dagang oil field, Jilin oilfield, etc.The gain of the research has been popularized and the methodhas been further optimized along with manufacture and use. |
