A large amount of water will be introduced into the crude oil extracted from oil wells during the development of oil fields.With the increase of the exploitation period,the water content of the extracted crude oil continues to increase,which directly leads to the increase in the extraction cost of the oil field and the continuous reduction of the extraction life.In order to solve this problem,during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,PetroChina proposed a "two-three combination" development model solution to understand the distribution of oil and water in underground reservoirs by measuring the water content of crude oil,and the comprehensive analysis includes the water content information of each underground reservoir.To formulate an optimal mining plan and extend mining life.In response to this problem,the paper focuses on the design of a high-frequency electromagnetic wave crude oil water content measurement system with temperature compensation.Aiming at the problem of on-line measurement of crude oil moisture content in oil fields,the high-frequency electromagnetic wave coaxial line sensor crude oil moisture content measurement system is the main research object.The dielectric constant model of water-containing crude oil,electromagnetic wave transmission and attenuation,phase shift characteristics analysis and coaxial line are carried out Theoretical research on water content measurement model.Using simulation software,the coaxial water content model under different water content ratios was simulated,the law of signal amplitude attenuation and phase shift was obtained,and the relationship between temperature and the mathematical model of the dielectric constant of water-containing crude oil and the amplitude attenuation were further studied.The influence of phase shift has verified the correctness of measurement theory.On the basis of theoretical calculation and simulation research,the corresponding transmission circuit,signal conditioning circuit,detection circuit,data acquisition circuit,fluid temperature measurement circuit and other water content measurement system modules were optimized and designed,and the supporting software programs were designed and debugged.Finally,an indoor experimental platform was built and the oil field moisture content measurement system experiment and analysis of the high-frequency electromagnetic wave was carried out to the oil field site.The experimental results show that the measuring device works stably,and the error of the experiments is less than 7%,which can achieve the full range ofeffective measurement of crude oil moisture content.
