In the buried environment,the pipeline metal is likely to form a galvanic effect with the soil medium and cause electrochemical corrosion,resulting in a large number of pipeline corrosion situations.There are numerous situations in the world where oil and gas pipelines cannot continue to serve due to electrochemical corrosion every year The shortened service period increases the investment return period,so it is extremely important to reduce the electrochemical corrosion of pipelines.The main application of this article is the cathodic protection method of applied current to complete the work of inhibiting electrochemical corrosion.The cathodic protection device is an important device for electrochemical corrosion developed according to the principle of the applied current cathodic protection method.Therefore,combined with the function of the cathodic protection device,this paper developed an optimized cathodic protection device based on STM32.The cathodic protection device dynamically tracks and real-time tracks the reference potential of the pipeline by collecting the reference potential and the output voltage and current of the switching power supply Feedback,and compare and process the data through the single-chip microcomputer to achieve discrete interval control of the dynamic optimization of the switching power supply,output suitable voltage and current to the pipeline,and keep the pipeline reference potential continuously in the effective protection range.At the same time,the device passes The RS485 bus communicates with the host computer.The host computer can set the reference potential.The RS232 bus communicates with the wireless DTU module to realize the remote wireless transmission of the data collected by the device,which greatly reduces the electrochemical corrosion of the pipeline.Finally,through comprehensive debugging and simulation experiments of the device in the laboratory,the conclusion is drawn: the cathodic protection device developed in this paper can monitor and feedback the pipeline reference potential in real time,and at the same time correct the size of the pipeline reference potential according to the different environment of the pipeline The pipeline reference potential is effectively controlled within a better protected range,the device structure is reasonable,the data signal transmission is normal,and the system meets the design requirements.
