Manganese is one of the essential trace elements in the human body and an indispensable part of several biological enzymes.However,excessive intake of manganese can also cause poisoning,pneumoconiosis,and even death.Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate?F-1,6-BP?plays a vital role in biological metabolism and cardiovascular disease treatment.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new method to detect manganese and F-1,6-BP with simple operation,low cost and high sensitivity.In this paper,two bipolar tetradentate Schiff bases Bis-salophen and H4L were synthesized,their structures were characterized and their spectral properties were studied.Bis-salophen has two N2O2-type cavities,the raw material 3,3'-diaminobenzidine is a bipolar bidentate ligand,using manganese ions as a bridge to form supramolecular polymers through self-assembly.H4L has two N4-type cavities,which can stably bind uranyl ions.Using the principle that uranyl ions have strong affinity and high selectivity for phosphate groups,uranyl-coordinated H4L can form supramolecular polymers with F-1,6-BP with two phosphate groups.Due to the formation of supramolecular polymers,the molecular volume increases,and the detection of manganese and F-1,6-BP can be realized by resonance light scattering?RLS?.In the first part,we synthesized the bipolar tetradentate ligand Bis-salophen,and we studied its structure and spectral properties.Experimental results show that the resonance light scattering intensity has a good linear relationship with the concentration of manganese ions under the optimal conditions of pH=7.5,reaction temperature of 20?,and reaction time of 15min.The linear range is 0.46.0 nmol/mL,and the detection limit is 0.13 nmol/mL.It had been successfully applied to the detection of manganese ions in Xiangjiang water and domestic water.In the second part,we synthesized the bipolar tetradentate schiff base H4L and studied its structure and spectral properties.Experimental results show that under the optimized conditions of ligand concentration of 5 nmol/mL,pH=6.5,reaction temperature of 25?,and reaction time of 30min,the RLS intensity has a good linear relationship with the concentration of F-1,6-BP in the solution.The detection limit is 0.16nmol/mL,and it had been successfully applied to the detection of urine samples and injections,and the spiked recovery was within 98.0102.0%.
