Rice,as the main crop in Guangxi,accounts for more than 2/3 of Guangxi's grain output.In recent years,great progress has been made in the application of plant growth regulators in rice.Plant growth regulators are used to promote the growth and development of rice and are regulated within a certain range to solve the problem of low yield in rice production.In this experiment,a new plant growth regulator-Wugufengsu(WGF)was selected.Three different concentration gradients of 30mg/L(WGF30),50mg/L(WGF50)and 70mg/L(WGF70)were set up.Clear water was used as blank control(CK).Two compound regulators WBM(containing multiple promoting plant growth regulators and trace elements such as sodium nitrophenolate,0.5% sodium nitrophenolate)and CBM(containing multiple promoting plant growth regulators and trace elements such as brassinolide,0.009% brassinolide)were used as positive controls.The experiment adopts the method of soaking seeds,takes "Baixiang 139" as the test variety,systematically studies the effect of WGF soaking seeds on the growth,yield and quality of Nanning rice variety "Baixiang 139",investigates and analyzes the control effects of various germination indexes of rice seeds,rice seedling quality in seedling raising test,agronomic characters and yield and quality of rice plants in various growth periods in field cultivation test,etc.,and the test results show that:1.In the plate germination test,different regulator treatments have the effect of regulating various germination indexes of rice seeds,i.e.the germination potential,germination rate,root length and bud length of treated rice seeds are significantly better than CK,and WGF50 concentration treatment has the best effect on increasing the germination potential,germination rate,root length and bud length of rice seeds,and is better than other treatment groups,the germination potential is significantly increased by 5.02% compared with CK,and is respectively increased by 2.33% and 0.72% compared with positive control WBM and CBM;The germination rate was significantly increased by 3.97% compared with CK,2.26% and 0.31% respectively compared with WBM and CBM.Root length was significantly increased by 31.84% compared with CK,17.37% and 1.73% compared with WBM and CBM,respectively.Bud length was significantly increased by 24.27% compared with CK,13.87% and 0.86% respectively compared with positive control WBM and CBM.2.In the seedling raising experiment,After treatment with different regulators,the seedling-forming rate of rice seedlings was significantly increased,among which WGF50 concentration treatment had the best effect,significantly increased by 12.81%,11.75% and 6.73% compared with CK,WBM and CBM respectively.Except WBM,the leaf age,plant height,seedling base width,root length and number of roots and CK under different regulator treatments all reached significant levels,among which the maximum value of Wugufengsu was reached at 50mg/L concentration in each treatment group,leaf age increased by 18.27%,plant height increased by 45.52%,plant height increased by 32.69% and 8.80% respectively compared with WBM and CBM,seedling base width increased by 52.34%,root length increased by 26.40%,root number increased by 42.44% compared with CK,and root number increased by WBM and CBM respectively Except WGF70 treatment,the other treatments increased the strong seedling index of rice.The strong seedling index of WGF50,WBM and CBM treatment groups increased by more than 10% compared with CK.Except WBM treatment reduced the rice seedling plumpness,the other treatment groups increased the rice seedling plumpness to different degrees,and there was no significant difference between the treatment groups,in which the plumpness of Wugufengsu increased by 9.58% compared with CK at 50mg/L concentration.Each treatment promoted the accumulation of fresh weight and dry matter quality of rice seedlings,and the root-shoot ratio of rice seedlings also increased with the increase of biomass accumulation.The WGF50 concentration treatment had the best effect and reached the maximum value of each treatment group.3.In the field cultivation experiment,Each treatment group increased the fresh weight,dry matter accumulation and root-shoot ratio of rice plants at tillering stage.Compared with CK,WGF50 treatment increased the fresh weight of shoot by 11.64%,the fresh weight of shoot by 36.07%,the dry weight of shoot by 13.95%,and the dry weight of shoot by 51.05%.Under WGF50 treatment,root-shoot ratio increased by 32.56% compared with CK,1.84% compared with WBM,and 1.39% compared with CBM.WGF50 treatment significantly increased the plant height at tillering stage,CBM treatment significantly increased the plant height at heading stage,full heading stage and mature stage of rice plants.Compared with CK,the plant height increased by 9.61% at heading stage,9.62% at full heading stage and 4.33% at mature stage.WGF50 treatment had the best effect on increasing stem base width from tillering stage to maturity stage of rice plants.From heading stage to maturity stage,the treatments with different regulators had an increasing effect on the flag leaf length and area of rice plants.The flag leaf length and area under WGF50 treatment were significantly different from CK and superior to other treatment groups.In addition,except that WBM treatment reduced the tillering number of rice plants at maturity,the other treatment groups could promote the tillering of rice plants at all growth stages,and the tillering number increased first and then decreased,of which WGF50 treatment had the best effect.Therefore,WGF50 concentration treatment has the most significant effect on the agronomic traits of rice at various stages,promoting the accumulation of rice plant biomass and effectively increasing the tillering number of rice,thus increasing the effective panicle number of rice,increasing the grain length per panicle,grain number per panicle,grain weight per panicle,1000-grain weight and seed setting rate of rice,and finally achieving the effect of increasing yield,which is 31.5% higher than CK theoretical yield and 13.9% higher than CK actual yield.Compared with the theoretical output of WBM,it increased by 32.63%,and compared with the actual output of WBM,it increased by 16.35%.Compared with the theoretical output of CBM,it increased by 13.38%,and compared with the actual output of CBM,it increased by 1.84%.4.In addition to WBM treatment group,All the other treatment groups increased rice grain processing quality and appearance quality,but there was no significant difference with CK.WGF50 had the best effect on increasing rice processing quality.Each treatment group has an increasing effect on the nutritional quality and taste quality of rice grains.WGF50 has the best effect on increasing the amylose content,crude protein content and taste value of rice,increasing 14.89%,7.47% and 3.75% respectively compared with CK.To sum up,WGF50 concentration treatment is better than other treatment groups.It can improve the germination indexes of rice seeds,improve the quality of rice seedlings,optimize the agronomic and yield characteristics of rice plants at different growth stages,and finally achieve the purpose of increasing yield and improving rice quality.
