Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of Yongkang Hardware Industrial Cluster

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China ' s economy has been transitioning from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.This is a pivotal stage for transforming our growth model,improving our economic structure,and fostering new drivers of growth.The real economy has always been the cornerstone of China's economy,and manufacturing is the foundation of the real economy.In the past 40 years,Yongkang hardware industry cluster has developed rapidly.It has not only become the real economy supporting industry of Yongkang,but also has a certain market position nationwide.Yongkang hardware industry cluster has achieved some results of transformation after many years,but in the process of constantly adjusting the cluster structure,there are still many representative problems.Today,the fourth industrial revolution has become a hot topic,and the technological revolution brought about by big data,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,mobile internet and cloud computing has greatly affected the manufacturing industry.In this context,Yongkang industrial cluster has a new breakthrough in transformation and upgrading.How to carry out transformation and upgrading in the environment of technological revolution and change the traditional transformation and upgrading mode is the focus of the problem and the focus of this paper.In this context,the literature review method,experience summary method,and survey method are used to review and summarize domestic and foreign theoretical research from the perspective of the administrative and economic means of local government to promote cluster innovation,and analyze the development process,current situation,advantages of Yongkang hardware industry cluster and the achievements of transformation and upgrading in recent years,analyze the main problems that exist.such as the small scale of the clusterenterprises,the low degree of industrial organization,the weak technological innovation capability,the difficulty of financing the enterprises within the cluster,and the high financing.Five suggestions are put forward to promote the upgrading of Yongkang Hardware Industry Cluster: to optimize the organizational structure of enterprises,accelerate independent innovation,strengthen financial and tax financial support,strengthen macro management,and give full play to the role of intermediary organizations such as industry associations.
