With the development of the gas field,the formation energy of the gas well decreases year by year,which seriously restricts the gas well production capacity and affects the normal production.In order to solve the problems of low gas well productivity,serious effusion and weak liquid carrying capacity,this paper used the static and dynamic data as well as measure data,through plunger gas lift dynamics analysis and data mining algorithms to research parameter design for the new well and operating parameters optimization of the well that have been put into production,established a plunger gas lift mechanism model and a pattern matching model based on the nearest neighbor algorithm.Finally,a software is compiled based on the research.Plunger gas lift mechanism model could simulate the change law of the plunger displacement,speed,acceleration and other parameters at any time during the plunger lift process,and perform sensitivity analysis on each key parameter to find the internal relationship between them,thus provided a theoretical basis for production parameters design such as well opening time,shut-in time,well casing pressure,shut-in well pressure and other parameters for the new gas lift lift wells.The pattern matching model mainly used the multivariate time series pattern matching technology,synthetically considered the attribute,time and similarity weight,and selected a matrix similar to the pattern matrix in the historical data.Through the analysis of the similarity matrix,the specific project for optimizing the operating parameters of the plunger gas lift production wells has been found.The research showed that this pattern matching model could quickly and efficiently find historical data similar to the current production status,which is of great significance for the optimal design of piston gas lift parameters.
