In order to make full use of bamboo resources,truly realize the"zero"surplus of bamboo resources and the use of bamboo materials with high added value,and reduce the excessive dependence on imports of bamboo engineering materials products.At the same time,there are few systematic studies on bamboo inner in China.Based on 3-4years the inner of the MOSO bamboo as the research object,the grading of bamboo planning,sanding after testing its material characteristics,and compared with bamboo inner and bamboo green meat do analysis its material characteristics,and then the preparation of the inner of bamboo/wood composite materials and through linear fitting,Pearson correlation analysis and other methods to explore the inner of bamboo influence on its performance and contribution,a systematic comprehensive illustrates the feasibility of bamboo inner as bamboo and wood composite material,has important significance for saving resources to improve the bamboo inner use.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1)In this paper,the inner of MOSO bamboo was taken as the main research object and compared with the inner of MOSO bamboo and the outer of MOSO bamboo.From the perspective of anatomical properties,the inner of MOSO bamboo has the largest area of single vascular bundle,evenly and sparsely distributed,followed by the inner of MOSO bamboo,and the inner of MOSO bamboo has the smallest area and dense distribution.The fiber length to width ratios of bamboo yellow,bamboo meat and bamboo green were 103.43,122.06 and 104.03,respectively.From the chemical composition,the phenyl alcohol extract,synthesis cellulose,ethanol cellulose nitrate,cellulose,acid insoluble lignin,ash content of bamboo yellow were 4.48%,66.90%,39.82%,41.34%,24.12%,0.58%,2.92%,67.41%,42.15%,43.56%,24.40%,0.75%,2.82%,70.11%,44.52%,49.47%,25.82%,0.94%,respectively.The phenyl alcohol extract and ash content of bamboo yellow were higher than that of bamboo green and bamboo meat.2)The basic densities of bamboo yellow,bamboo meat and bamboo green were0.50g/cm~3,0.49g/cm~3 and 0.74g/cm~3,respectively.Meanwhile,the dry shrinkage rates of all kinds showed significant differences with different parts.The MOR and MOE of bamboo yellow,bamboo meat and bamboo blue were determined and calculated by the law of composite material mixing,and were respectively 77MPa and 5.26GPa,48.2MPa and 2.26GPa,182.6MPa and 14.52GPa,and the compressive strength was44.83MPa,35.11MPa and 83.61MPa.3)By preparing bamboo-wood composites with different contents of bamboo-yellow,the grades A,B,C and D were numbered with contents of 85%,70%,50%and30%of bamboo-yellow respectively.It was found that the mechanical properties of composite materials at all levels met the requirements in GB/T19536-2015,while the expansion rate and dip stripping property of class A and B plates at 24h water absorption thickness failed to meet GB/T17656-2018.4)There was a good correlation between the basic materials and the density of various parts of bamboo,and then a linear correlation analysis was conducted between the density of bamboo and MOR,MOE,short-span shear force and concentrated load in bamboo-wood composites at all levels.The relationship expressions were y=187.15x-15.49,y=8.709x+3.46,y=32.77x-10.17,y=5.831x-1.197,and R~2 was 0.968,0.716,0.922,and 0.609,respectively.The linear relationship between the 24h water absorption thickness expansion rate,24h water absorption rate and dip stripping rate of physical properties was y=13.152x-1.121,y=-63.686x+62.406,y=-9.001x+12.823,and R~2was 0.588,0.604,and 0.406,respectively.
