In the 21 st century,the competition in the concrete market is increasingly fierce.With the increasingly severe environmental protection situation,the price of raw materials is gradually rising,the profit space of concrete enterprises is increasingly shrinking,and the rough management of concrete enterprises has been unable to meet the requirements of The Times.Therefore,how to reduce waste,improve management level,reduce the production cost of concrete enterprises is the key to the survival of enterprises.Lean thinking is an advanced management thought,which puts forward that enterprise management should change from process management to lean production and lean management,and start lean production process from the source of production.Concrete enterprises currently need to use lean thinking to improve their cost management level,reduce production costs as much as possible,so as to improve the competitiveness of the market.Through the field investigation and analysis of JX concrete company,the author research the company cost management problems in the process of production,using the lean thinking to analyze the problems,and formulate the corresponding improvement measures and countermeasures of continuous improvement:rapid market response,idle production factors control,standardized production management,5S management and lean improvement driver path,so as to improve the level of JX concrete production cost management and promote enterprise competitiveness.The author hope that these measures and Suggestions can give some help to the cost management of the whole concrete industry.
