Health Evaluation Of Urban Ecosystem In Taiyuan Urban Circle

With the accelerating speed of urbanization,the emergence of a series of environmental problems has brought great threats to the healthy development of cities.The contradiction between population,resources and environment restricts the sustainable development of cities.The health status of urban ecosystems is related to the direction of urban development.As one of China's important urban agglomerations,the development of Taiyuan's urban circle is not only a catalyst for the development of surrounding cities,but also a core force for promoting sustainable development in Shanxi Province.Therefore,the evaluation of urban ecosystem health in Taiyuan City Circle is great significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of Shanxi Province.It provide a theoretical basis for the rational planning and transformation of cities,urban environmental pollution management and urban health development.As the guiding ideology of evaluation,the theory of urban ecosystem health,vitality,organizational structure,resilience,ecosystem service function and population health are the five basic elements of evaluation.24 specific indicators are selected to construct the evaluation system.Taking the Taiyuan city circle as the research object,the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method is used to analyze and compare the urban ecosystem health status.The evaluation results are as follows:(1)Overall evaluation of urban ecosystem health in Taiyuan City Circle: The average health indicators of the urban area from 2010 to 2017 were 0.4483,0.4497,0.5268,0.6647,0.6418,0.7578,0.7494,0.7854.The change indicates that the environmental protection work in the urban circle has made a qualitative leap and the city is moving towards a healthier direction.The health value of vitality elements increased by 0.1129,indicating that the level of economic development has increased significantly;the health value of organizational structure elements has increased by0.0554,indicating that population growth is more reasonable,and the development of new enterprises,such as the tertiary industry has brought sufficient employment opportunities;The factor health value increased by 0.0125,indicating that the treatment capacity of urban sewage has been greatly improved,and the industrial wastewater compliance technology has been greatly improved;the health value of ecosystem service functional elements has increased by 0.0598,indicating that the environmental quality of the urban circle has improved significantly.The quality of life and the living conditions of residents have increased significantly;the health value of the health factor of the population has increased by 0.0731,indicating that the number of college students has increased significantly,and the improvement of education level and consumption level has led to an increase in the quality of thepopulation.It can be seen that the overall target factor and the health of each evaluation factor show volatility,and the urban ecosystem health status of Taiyuan City Circle is at a relatively healthy level.(2)Ecosystem health assessment of cities in Taiyuan city circle: The urban ecosystem health curve of Taiyuan City develops in a staggered state,with a health value of 0.7013,which is at a health level;Jinzhong City's health value reaches0.5980,which is at a sub-health level.It shows that a healthy and stable urban ecosystem has been formed initially;the health level fluctuations in Ganzhou City have changed significantly.The health value in 2017 reached 0.5595,which is in the sub-health level.The health curve of Yangquan City began to rise slowly after being sick in 2013,2017 The health value reached 0.6372,indicating that during this period,the government departments realized the root cause of the problem and actively adopted industrial and agricultural intensive green production to make the city develop in a healthier direction.Compared with the other four cities,the health level of Lvliang City has been relatively high.At a low level,the health value in 2017 reached 0.4911,which is at a sub-health level.(3)Through the analysis of the factors affecting the urban ecosystem health of Taiyuan city circle,the problems and suggestions that need to be paid attention to in the future sustainable development of the city circle are put forward.
