At present,China's atmospheric environment is grim, and Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs),as important precursors of secondary organic aerosols and ozone in the atmosphere, cause many harms to the environment and humans, and the state has increasingly strict control over them. However, there is no authoritative accounting data and accounting standards for volatile organic compounds emissions at the national level. Therefore, there is no corresponding basis for the control of volatile organic compounds emissions in industrial enterprises. This project sorts out the current situation of delayed coking process in China's petrochemical enterprises, and conducts, monitors and simulates them, and obtains the accounting model of volatile organic matter emissions from petrochemical enterprises' delayed coking units. It provides data support and technical support for the accounting and control of industrial volatile organic emissions in China. This topic uses the idea and method of source item analysis to subdivide the VOCs emission sources of petrochemical enterprises delayed coking units into seven categories, including:equipment dynamic and static sealing point leakage, wastewater collection and treatment process escape, combustion smoke, organic liquid storage and evaporation Loss, process organized volatilization, flare discharge, volatile loss of solid material storage.According to different types of emission sources, determine appropriate monitoring methods, focus on unorganized emissions and intermittent emissions, and obtain a large amount of monitoring data.In the process, the innovative application of PTFE sampling equipment is used to eliminate the adsorption of VOCs by the sampling equipment.According to the source item, the monitoring data is processed and calculated, and the annual emission of volatile organic compounds in the delayed coking unit of the enterprise is obtained, and then the accounting model of volatile organic matter emission in the delayed coking unit of the petrochemical enterprise is obtained.Secondly, the typical petrochemical enterprise delayed coking unit is selected as a sample, and the source and column analysis ideas and methods are used to analyze the production and discharge nodes, and the annual emission of volatile organic compounds in the delayed coking unit of the enterprise is obtained. The accounting model of volatile organic compounds emissions from the delayed coking unit of petrochemical enterprises E????=6×10-5×M?? is obtained. At the same time, using WATER9 software to model and calculate the discharge process of open source wastewater collection and storage, the result deviates from the measured results by 4.7%.The material balance model is used to verify the accounting model with a deviation of less than 30%,which proves that the model is reasonable and feasible and practical. Finally, the open source was capped using WATER9 software and compared to uncapped simulation results. It was found that the annual emissions of volatile organic compounds were significantly reduced after capping. Therefore, the petrochemical enterprises should propose emission reduction proposals for delayed coking process, and should eliminate backward production capacity, promote the upgrading and upgrading of VOCs treatment facilities, and improve the clean production level of enterprises.
