At present,transparent polypropylene is mainly prepared by adding a nucleating agent during processing.The nucleating agent is mainly a condensate of sorbitol and aldehyde.During the processing,the nucleating agent is easily decomposed by heat to release the aldehyde compound;In fact,the internal electron donors used in the industrial polypropylene Z-N catalyst still have the plasticizer-phthalic acid diester,and the plasticizer affects the development of children,which is harmful to human health and breeding.Therefore,we designed and synthesized a green bio-based electron donor,prepared a Z-N catalyst,and catalyzed propylene polymerization to obtain a transparent polypropylene.In this paper,three internal electron donors,triamyl ampicillin,triisoamyl maleate and tri-n-heptyl maleate,were synthesized from biomass rosin acid.Among them,the catalyst prepared by using tri-n-pentyl maleate as the internal electron donor has the highest polymerization activity for propylene,and the activity is up to 24.2 kg PP·g Cat-1·h-1,and the obtained polypropylene isotacticity is 96.5%.Under the condition of no additional nucleating agent,the polypropylene film with a thickness of 40-45 ?m can reach 93.6%and the haze is as low as 4.4%.The existing polypropylene fluorination modification method is to prepare fluorinated polypropylene by reacting fluorine or hydrofluoric acid with iPP;In addition,there is a method of coordinating copolymerization of a fluorine-containing olefin monomer with propylene.The method is immature,the catalyst activity is low,the molecular weight of the copolymer is low,and the application value is not available.Fluorine gas and hydrofluoric acid are highly corrosive,hazardous,and demanding.Herefore,this paper proposes a new method for preparing fluorinated polypropylene by using benzoyl peroxide and N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide to directly fluorinate polypropylene.The reaction conditions of preparing fluorinated polypropylene by solution method,melting method and extrusion reaction method were discussed.The obtained product fluorinated polypropylene was subjected to analytical tests such as infrared,nuclear magnetic,contact angle and mechanical properties.The results show that the fluorinated polypropylene prepared by the melt method has the best hydrophobic properties,the highest fluorination efficiency,the contact angle can be as high as 116°,and the thermal stability of fluorinated polypropylene is also improved.The hydrophobicity of the fluorinated polypropylene obtained by the extrusion reaction method is also improved.And the notched impact strength and elongation at break were improved.The notched impact strength increased from 1.96 KJ/m2 to 3.49 KJ/m2,and the elongation at break increased from 38%to 100%.
