Electrospinning is one of the most simple and efficient methods for preparing nanofiber membrane materials and the nanofiber membrane produced by the electrospinning process can well mimic the structure of the extracellular matrix.On the surface of the electrospun fiber membrane,the cells exhibit good adhesion,growth,and proliferation properties.Based on the structural characteristics of the electrospinning membrane,electrospinning materials are widely used in the field of biomedicine.We use biodegradable polymer polycaprolactone and gelatin as matrix materials.By designing the macrostructure and microstructure of the electrospinning material,an antibacterial-osteogenic bilayer bone repair membrane material with a natural periosteum structure and a four-layer coaxial fiber membrane material were prepared,while the properties of the materials are characterized.Firstly,a series of bilayer electrospun fiber membranes PG-PG,PGI-PG,PG-PGM and PGI-PGM with different drug loading modes were prepared and characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR,WCA and tensile test.We found that the bilayer membranes have a good surface topography and the drug is evenly dispersed in the fibers.Drug release experiments and material degradation experiments show that the bilayer membranes have good degradation performance and drug release properties.Experimental results such as cytotoxicity and cell proliferation indicate that the bilayer membrane materials have good biocompatibility.The PGI-PGM film,which also contained icariin(ICA)and moxifloxacin(MXF),showed the best overall performance.In order to improve the controllability of the drug release process of the electrospun fiber,we designed a kind of nanofibers with four-layer coaxial structure.The drug release properties and degradation properties of the four-layer coaxial fiber were characterized.The results show that the four-layer coaxial structure can prolong the drug release time.As the drug loading position changes,the drug release behavior of the fiber is also different,and the structural changes do not weaken the biocompatibility of the fiber.This topic is aimed at tiuuse repair problems.A series of studies have been carried out on the properties of various materials prepared,focusing on the biocompatibility and drug release properties of the materials.It is expected to be applied to the biomedical field in the future.
