Unlike linear polymers,hyperbranched polymers are a new class of three-dimensional macromolecules that are amorphous polymers formed by multiplication of multi-functional cores with high solubility and low viscosity.With the increase of environmental protection,water-based high-solid epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating is the future development direction.Due to the unique low viscosity of the hyperbranched polymer,it can be blended with bisphenol A resin to reduce the viscosity of the aqueous high solid epoxy resin anticorrosive coating system and improve the fluidity of the system to prepare a high solids aqueous ring.Oxygen resin coating.In this paper,a series of hyperbranched phenolic epoxy resins and hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resins were synthesized and introduced into bisphenol A epoxy resin systems to improve the performance of bisphenol A epoxy resin systems.Thus,an aqueous anticorrosive coating excellent in performance is prepared.1.Using a proton transfer polymerization method,a dihydric phenol(A2)was added to trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether(B3)under the action of a high-low temperature catalyst to synthesize a series of overruns without solvent participation.The phenolic epoxy resin(HBP)was studied for its relative molecular mass and its distribution,viscosity,epoxy value,solubility and other properties,and was introduced into the bisphenol A epoxy resin to perform the performance of the two.Compare.It was found that HBP has obvious advantages in solubility and viscosity.High molecular weight HBP has a lower solution viscosity.When the solid content is 90%,the viscosity of HBP solution is 30%of E51.2.A series of hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin(HN)was synthesized by proton transfer polymerization,and HN was introduced into the bisphenol A epoxy resin system.The thermal properties of the modified resin were investigated by the amount of HN.Influence,DSC and DMA analysis showed that the hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin has good compatibility with bisphenol A epoxy resin,and the introduction of HN effectively improved the heat resistance of E51 resin,and the Tg of the whole system increased by 17?.3.The hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin was blended with bisphenol A epoxy resin to synthesize an aqueous epoxy acrylic composite emulsion with a solid content of 50%by miniemulsion polymerization,and a waterborne ring was prepared as a film-forming material.Oxygen acrylic anticorrosive coatings,the polymerization process,the relative molecular mass distribution of hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin,the addition amount of hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin,the main chain structure of hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin to the properties of emulsion and paint film influences.The results show that the particle size and stability of HN relative molecular mass distribution emulsion have an effect.With the increase of molecular weight distribution of hyperbranched naphthyl epoxy resin,the stability of emulsion is deteriorated;the addition amount of HN-1 and hyperbranched naphthyl group The physical properties of the epoxy resin main chain structure on the paint film,when the addition amount of HN-1 is 7%,the paint film has excellent impact resistance and the impact resistance reaches 110 cm.4.The 1,6-naphthalenediol type hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin(HN-3)was blended with bisphenol A epoxy resin,and an aqueous epoxy emulsion with a solid content of 60%was synthesized by reverse conversion method.This is a water-based epoxy anticorrosive coating prepared from film-forming materials.The effect of HN-3 content and hyperbranched naphthalene epoxy resin with different main chain structure on the properties of the film was studied.The results show that HN-3 can significantly improve bisphenol A.The epoxy resin has impact resistance,acid resistance and salt spray resistance.When the amount of HN-3 is 7%,the impact resistance of the film reaches 110 cm,the acid resistance reaches 60 days,and the salt spray resistance reaches 60 days.
