In recent years,nanostructured materials have become one of the hotspots of chemists,usually through self-assembly.The most common self-assembly of amphiphilic block copolymers has been widely studied in academic and used in various commercial products.In addition,the thermo-responsive properties and the nature of bases have broad applications in nanoengineering and bioengineering.In this paper,two kinds of monomers with good biocompatibility and temperature sensitivity were firstly selected,Temperature-sensitive random copolymer and block copolymer of 2-methyl-2-acrylic acid-2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl ester(MEO2MA)and oligoethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate(OEGMA)was prepared by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT).,which proves that the random copolymer P(MEO2MA-co-OEGMA)can The required minimum critical solution temperature(LCST)is obtained by adjusting the ratio of the two monomers.The variation of LCST of block copolymer P(MEO2MA-b-OEGMA)was investigated from the proportion of monomer and concentration.Finally,comparing the two copolymers,the LCST of the block copolymer is higher at the same ratio,and the block copolymer is less affected by POEGMA than the random copolymer.The kinetics of styrene monomers containing base adenine(A),thymine(T),cytosine(C),and guanine(G)were investigated by RAFT polymerization.The results show that the four base-containing styrenic monomers meet the first-order kinetics of RAFT polymerization and master the polymerization of four monomers.Finally,the base-containing amphiphilic block copolymer were synthesized by RAFT method using the conclusions of the first two chapters,and assembled by traditional solution assembly method and polymerization induced assembly(PISA)method to explore their morphology and changes of temperature responsiveness.As a result,it was confirmed that the base-containing amphiphilic block copolymer was able to form a spherical assembly in water with a change in temperature responsiveness and good recovery.After the amphiphilic base-containing temperature-sensitive polymer is introduced into the guest and assembled,the original morphology changes.It is also possible to prepare an assembly of such polymers by the PISA method,which is mainly spherical in shape and has temperature responsiveness and recovery.
