| With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for textiles with various special functions is increasing.People inevitably come into contact with various bacteria and fungi in their daily lives,and they will spread rapidly under appropriate conditions to cause disease.Artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber utilizes its antibacterial properties to have broad antibacterial properties,high efficacy and long-lasting properties,and it is different from inorganic antibacterial fibers such as silver,copper and zinc in the market,which can ensure the harmlessness of the plant antibacterial effect to human body.Using the method of comparative analysis,the test results of bamboo fiber modified by artemisia argyi and bamboo fiber showed that artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber has great improvement on the property of hygroscopicity and antistatic,but its breaking strength and elongation at break are reduced.The antibacterial effect of artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber on Escherichia coli is higher than that of bamboo fiber,and the antibacterial rate can reach 99.6%.It is a safe and natural plant-based antibacterial fiber,which can be used in textile and garment fields.13 kinds of knitted fabrics were selected,among which 8 kinds of knitted fabrics were mainly made of artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber,and the main components of 5kinds of knitted fabrics were bamboo fiber.By compared and analyzed the basic properties,heat and moisture comfort performance and subjective test performance of knitted fabrics,the results show that the content of artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber has little effect on the abrasion resistance,bursting and pilling resistance of knitted fabrics but has a significant effect on the bacteriostasis rate of the fabric.The relationship between the content of artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber and the bacteriostasis rate of the fabric is in line with exponential growth:Y(28)100.8-324.03e-x/4.75.Artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber knitted fabric has excellent wicking,gas permeability and moisture permeability.The content of artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber has certain influence on the wicking,gas permeability and moisture permeability of the fabric.Knitted fabrics containing artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber have better comfort properties.According to the subjective experimental heat and moisture comfort score,combined with the physical properties of the knitted fabric,the correlation degree and correlation coefficient between the 11 physical experiment indexes and the heat and moisture comfort were calculated by the grey correlation analysis theory.Sort the size of the correlation coefficient,extract the five most influential factors related to heat and moisture comfort:thickness,thermal conductivity,instant warmth,moisture permeability and moisture regain.The thermal correlation model was established by using grey correlation theory.According to the simplified physical index and the subjective scoring of heat and moisture comfort in the dressing experiment,the GM(1,N)model was established based on the grey theory.Heat and moisture comfort model is optimized by the residual GM(1,1)theory.The results of the comparison model before and after the correction show that the model based on the residual GM(1,1)correction has higher prediction accuracy and simulation effect.Using this model,only five properties of knitted fabrics are needed to be tested to predict the heat and moisture comfort of the knitted fabric. |
