Early Warning Research On Safety Support Capability Of ATM Units

In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's economy,the growth rate of civil aviation industry is accelerated.With the increase of flight volume,the safety assurance capacity of the first-line operation unit of civil aviation air traffic management in China is under unprecedented pressure.Whether the security capacity of each unit can match with its fast-growing flight volume,therefore,the early warning research on security capacity of air traffic control operation unit is particularly important.First of all,the research status of air traffic control operation unit's safety and security indicators,data prediction and data analysis methods are described;the safety and security capability of air traffic control operation unit is defined,the research direction of the paper is clarified,and a set of early warning indicator system of safety and security capability of air traffic control operation unit is constructed scientifically and reasonably,including four aspects,each aspect It includes three indicators.Secondly,the paper studies the data normalization method and data trend prediction method of air traffic control operation unit's safety assurance capability.For the different types of index data,the regression analysis method and expert analysis method are used to predict the trend.The scientific analysis of the prediction results is a good preparation for the next step of the overall analysis of the safety and security capacity of the air traffic control operation unit.According to the index data of 44 air traffic control operation units in China and the relevant rules and regulations in China,the expert consultation method is used to build the safety assurance capacity index level criteria of air traffic control operation units.Finally,considering the characteristics of G1 weighting method and entropy weighting method,the game theory method is used to combine the weight calculation,so that the error of the research results is smaller and more scientific and reasonable.Finally,the set pair analysis method and TOPSIS sequencing method are used to calculate the early warning level of air traffic control operation unit's safety assurance capability,and the effectiveness of the results is verified.In this paper,two different methods are used to forewarn the safety and security capability of air traffic control operation units.Game theory,set pair analysis theory and TOPSIS method are introduced to forewarn the safety and security capability of air traffic control operation units.
