Bolt connection is used between the disk of axial flow compressor.It refers to the assembly of the disk structure when the compressor assembles and repairs.It's difficult to load and unload the disk since of the small space and the large torque.Design a wrench of handling bolts for disk assembly with large torque in narrow space,which requires that the wrench can enter and exit the narrow space,can output not less than 50 Nm maximum torque,can achieve handling process and torque visualization,can control of the wrench automatically.In this paper,two design schemes based on hydraulic driving or electric driving are put forward.Then the mechanical structure and control system of bolt handling wrench with large torque in narrow space are designed according to the electric driving scheme.In the design of wrench mechanical structure,the executive part,transmission part and guide part are designed firstly,then mode and mechanically simulated the wrench.The cable transmission structure is adopted in the design of the executive part,with stress on analyzing the influence of four controllable key technologies about materials of cable and rotating wheel selection,cable groove design,cable Pre-tension and cable wrapping method.In the design of transmission parts,the continuous spiral motion of the sleeve is realized by gear transmission and thread transmission.The problem of thread rotation and pitch matched with screw motion is studied.The torque input value of the wrench should not less than1.55 Nm,and the output torque and deformation of the wrench are permitted by three times torque load through ANSYS Workbench calculation.It proofs that the mechanical structure design of the wrench is feasible through the static point of view.In the design of wrench control system,visualization system and motion control system are designed respectively.The components of visualization system are selected according to the narrow space,and the hardware and software design of visualization system are put forward.The image data of the handling process is transmitted to the control module by FPC,and the handling torque data is transmitted to the control module through wireless signal.The control module includes acquisition,storage,communication,display of the image data and the receiving,demodulation,amplification,storage,communication,display of the torque data.The motion control system is manually orientated based on the visualization system,and the wrench sleeve is driven by torque motor.The torque motorsteering and exporting torque controlled by switch and governor.The motion control system realizes large torque semi-automatic input,which greatly reduces labor intensity.
