As the largest agricultural irrigation and water conservancy project in Southwest China,Shengzhong Reservoir not only provides emergency backup water sources for the townships(towns)along the southern canal and urban areas of Nanchong City,but has also developed into an AAAA-level lake that integrates tourism,sports,and vacation functions.The scenic tourism area is of great significance to the development of Nanchong.Due to a series of development measures in recent years,the ecological environment of the reservoir area has been destroyed,which has seriously affected the function of the reservoir area.Based on the comprehensive monitoring of shengzhong reservoir and the 10-year monitoring of the reservoir in nanchong city,this paper analyzes the water quality of the reservoir from two perspectives of time and space.The pollution amount of various external pollution inputs was calculated,and the implementation plan of environmental protection suitable for the reservoir was formulated to provide a theoretical basis for the restoration of the reservoir environment.Through the comprehensive monitoring of shengzhong reservoir and the 10-year monitoring data of the four points in nanchong city,the water quality status of the reservoir and the water quality changes of the four points in the past 10 years are analyzed,and the water quality of the reservoir is analyzed in terms of time and space.Results show that the reservoir water quality is in excessive state,most ? water 45%;Reservoir four point water quality from 2011 to 2017 in good condition,has been reached in 2013-2017 ? class water quality standards.The eutrophication status of shengzhong reservoir is good,with 72% in the state of poor nutrition and 2% in the state of light nutrition.The main pollution indexes are CODcr,TP and TN.The main pollution areas have the library in the library,all kinds of sewage outlets near.Compared with the single-factor indicator method,the percentage of water bodies meeting the standard of water quality evaluated by the fuzzy mathematical method and the comprehensive water quality index method is similar,which is nearly 20% higher than the single-factor indicator method.Combining with the water quality,this paper determines the types of imported exogenous pollution,calculates the contribution of various pollution sources to the reservoir and their ratios,and analyzes the main sources of reservoir pollution.The analysis of the composition of pollution load shows that the life of the towns and villages around the reservoir area contributes the most to the water pollution of Shengzhong Reservoir.The contributions of TP,TN,ammonia nitrogen and COD are 27.63%,40.32%,58.62% and 38.21% respectively.Followed by pollutants from livestock and poultry farming in the towns and villages around the reservoir,and once again pollution from the fishery industry in the reservoir.The pollution of Shengzhong Reservoir manifests itself as organic pollution.In order for Shengzhong Reservoir to reach Class II surface water quality,the intake of organic pollution sources must be controlled.From the analysis of the source of pollution load,it can be seen that the main sources of pollution are living in surrounding towns and villages,storage in reservoirs,and livestock and poultry farming,so corresponding treatment measures need to be taken from these three aspects.Calculate the environmental capacity of Shengzhong Reservoir to get the maximum allowable pollution amount of the reservoir.Then,establish a three-level classified pollution early warning mechanism for the reservoir.The early warning is divided into three levels of red,yellow,and blue,which is convenient for understanding the pollution prevention and control of the reservoir and taking corresponding measures in a timely manner.In view of the actual situation of the reservoir area,the simulation treatment was carried out in the laboratory,and a treatment scheme centered on the "artificial capsule" multi-functional composite particle was proposed for the seriously polluted areas such as the store-in-storehouse and the sewage outlet.Eventually,all water bodies of Shengzhong Reservoir reached Class II water quality,the overall ecological environment of the basin was improved,and the function of the reservoir was restored.
