Surface Water Resource Actuality Assessment And Pollution Control Research For Drink Water In Tonghua District

These years , drinking water source is polluted seriously that is hurting people′health. It has practical and necessary meaning for sustainable utilization of water resource that the new thoughts and methods for resolving the drinking water pollution are explored.In this paper , a pilot study on preventing drinking surface water source of tonghua area , based on the theories and techniques of many subjects , after summing and analyzing the most researches around the foreign and domestic . It includeds: First, select two typical drinking surface water sources of tonghua area,one is river ,the other is river lake . Second, collecting the water quality data in recent years in the area. Third, by different means, assess the two dinking water sources , find out the primary pollutant source and contamination. In order to achieve the environmental quality standard of watershed function , the measures of the prevention and cure for watershed pollution of lake and river discussed from the reasonable point of policy and law ,pollution controlling , environment protection ,and avoiding pollutant.According to method this paper has given out, the results of study are :Firstly, the current quality of drinking surface water sources in tonghua area have lightly gone beyond the standard, no-point source pollution is serious;Secondly, breeding a large of fowls is main affecting factor;Thirdly, TP is main controlling gene because of no-point source pollution;Forthly, put protection measure in practice, strengthen supervision.The effective strategy of prevention and cure for water pollution is : pollution cured , valley ecology renewed , strengthening supervising and management for watershed environment. Aim at different drinking water source , adopt inside and outside protection, give out a series of applied measure, example for biology protection, law and scientific manage ect. At the same time, a series of more effective and practical integrated measures are also put forward, example as supervising breed aquatics, maneuverable measures that can make effective control for pollution of fertilizer and pesticide, strengthening green for renewing ecology environment of the area ect.
