According to the current situation of economic development and resource endowment,the coal-based energy consumption structure will not change fundamentally in a long period.Therefore,coal industry is a key industry in the strategy of sustainable development of China's economy.Pingdingshan is located in central and western Henan Province,relying on the development and utilization of coal resources,high-speed economic growth for more than 50 years,the comprehensive strength of Henan Province once ranked in the forefront of cities.But with changes in domestic and foreign markets and policy adjustments,as well as national requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction in heavy industry,many heavy polluters have closed down,which has caused a huge impact on the secondary sector of the economy,where coal is located,pingdingshan,which relies on coal,has suffered years of declining GDP.How to realize the successful transformation of energy resource-based enterprises in the predicament is not only a problem for PM coal group,but also a problem for all the energy resource-based enterprises in China.PM Coal Group,a key state-owned enterprise in Pingdingshan,was established in the early stage of coal development in Pingdingshan.With the adjustment of its strategic structure,reorganization and merger,and the reform of mixed ownership system,the group has gradually developed into a pillar of Pingdingshan's economy.But in the new normal environment of economic development,with the "golden decade" of coal gone forever,with the further impact of new energy development,imported coal extrusion,global warming,PM2.5 pollution,restriction of energy saving and emission reduction,and new energy technology revolution,PM coal group is facing unprecedented difficulties,the transformation and development has become the inevitable choice for the survival of the group.However,the effect of the group's transformation is not obvious at present.As the main profitable project of PM Coal Group,the coal mine is still the key link of the enterprise's transformation.Undersuch a background,the strategic transformation method and thinking of PM coal group need to be optimized continuously.This paper first expounds the development course and transformation progress of PM coal group,analyzes the problems encountered in the transformation process of PM coal group at present,and applies the theories of enterprise strategic management and enterprise diversified management,on the basis of carding the status quo of the transformation,this paper analyzes the external environment,the resources and management status of the internal environment by PEST analysis method,and analyzes the successful case experience of the transformation by benchmarking method.Through the research on the transformation of PM Coal Group,the paper finds out the problems existing in the five aspects of industry,Technology,manpower,Management and environmental protection,and explores the direction of further transformation of this enterprise,this paper puts forward five corresponding optimization schemes by optimizing the asset combination,strengthening the support of science and technology,perfecting the talent system,deepening the management reform,and constructing the green industry,on the premise of internal guarantee of enterprise technology,system,fund and external guarantee of national and local policies,we seek strong partners to improve the predicament of the group in its current transformation,at the same time for other similar coal enterprises to provide a reasonable transformation of reference.
