In recent years,the national policy of environmental protection and pollution control of the relevant requires to strengthen the environmental protection industry investment.Energy conservation and environmental protection industries,energy conservation and environmental protection equipment industry in China have achieved rapid development.The lampblack purification industry is an important part of the "winning the blue sky battle" in the environmental protection industry.The lampblack purification equipment has a wide range of applications such as living services and mining enterprises,Under the two-wheel driven of policy and investment,lampblack purification equipment manufacturing industry will have greater development.A company has focused on developing,manufacturing,and sales of the lampblack purification equipment for 15 years.The company is currently implementing strategic alliance mode,The cost leadership and product strategy pattern has many conflicts and contradiction,Internal management is not perfect,All above cause the problem of giving play to the role of strategic lead insufficient,Can’t form effective support to the company’s future development.This paper is to study and analyze the problems in the strategic transformation of A company and puts forward the optimization plan and guarantee measures of the strategic transformation,so as to provide useful reference for the company to optimize its development strategy and achieve better development.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,content and framework,sorts out the theory of strategic transformation and relevant research review.The second chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of the company’s strategic transformation,introduces the company’s overall situation and three modes of strategic transformation: strategic alliance mode,cost leading mode and product strategy mode,and analyzes the problems existing in the three modes.The third chapter analyzes the strategic transformation environment of the company,from the political environment,economic environment,social environment,technical environment and industry environment five aspects analysis the external environment of company strategic transformation,from two aspects of internal resources,comprehensive ability to analyze company strategic transformation,combed the company strategic transformation of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the company’s strategic transformation.The fourth chapter is the strategy transformation optimization plan and the implementation safeguard.Clarify the principle,goal,direction and general idea of strategic transformation optimization,put forward the company’s strategic transformation plan and specific measures,and formulate the guarantee measures for the implementation of strategic transformation optimization plan.The fifth chapter concludes the research results,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.
