Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.CNC lathe is an important process equipment in the equipment manufacturing industry.It has the advantages of wide processing range,high processing precision and cutting efficiency,high degree of automation and high flexibility.Its development has attracted much attention.Is a key factor affecting the sustainable development of the machine tool manufacturing industry.This article takes the HTC3650 horizontal CNC lathe produced by Shenyang Machine Tool Group as the research object,uses UG three-dimensional software to establish a three-dimensional model of the entire CNC lathe,performs finite element analysis on the entire CNC lathe through Ansys Workbench,and hammers the entire CNC lathe State test,the weak link of the whole machine structure is obtained,and the structure optimization of the bed,headstock and saddle is carried out.This article mainly studies the following aspects of CNC lathes:(1)By consulting the relevant literature on the analysis of dynamic and static characteristics of machine tools,to understand the latest research trends of dynamic and static characteristics of CNC lathes at home and abroad,and to establish a solid theoretical foundation for the research of dynamic and static characteristics of CNC lathes.Based on structural dynamics,the dynamic response analysis of the whole machine is carried out,and the spring damping unit is used to establish the equivalent model of the sliding joint surface and bolted joint surface of the guide rail slider,which lays the foundation for the dynamic and static characteristics analysis of CNC lathe.(2)Based on the finite element model of the whole machine,the structural static analysis and modal analysis of the CNC lathe machine are performed to analyze the dynamic and static performance of the whole machine structure.The comparison of theoretical and experimental modal analysis results proves the accuracy of the finite element model.(3)Under the static condition of the CNC lathe,the whole machine's hammer modal test is performed.The frequency domain modal parameter identification method is used to identify the modal parameters such as the natural frequency and mode of the lathe..(4)Dynamic and static analysis is performed on the key structural components of the CNC lathe bed,headstock and saddle,and the deformation cloud diagram,natural frequency and mode shape of each component are obtained.The sensitivity analysis of the bed and the headstock is carried out,with the size of the high sensitivity as the design variable,and the first-order natural frequency and total deformation as the optimization targets for multi-objective optimization;Under the premise of ensuring that the quality is not increased too much,the saddle plate structure And size optimization,significantly improve the dynamic and static performance of the bed saddle.
